I'm not even into Smiling Friends (don't hate it, just not something I'm actively into) but wow, does it feel a bit disheartening seeing a rather good show slowly be filled with genderspecials who I worry are gonna gatekeep newcomers or existing fans so they can continue yaoi-ing characters who dare try to speak to each other or have a decent friendship with.
Remembering that tweet of someone wishing for Zack to be caught saying a slur so the genderspecials can wade away from the show and its community. Can't find it at the moment, but I'll show it if I ever do.

You'd think his associates alone would be enough to dissuade them from taking any interest in Smiling Friends, or at least dissuade them from setting up yaoified shop. I honestly fucking hate how a lot of Western Touhou artists try to take "artistic liberties" with the designs by making their species traits (tsuchigumo, oni, etc.) extremely fucking obvious. It isn't diversifying the cast, it's making it look like shit.
Yamame, Yuugi, Rin and Utsuho have to be the worst designs here. At least with Satori and Koishi they look normal, and I can ignore that they made Parsee chubby.
- The spider legs are fine enough since they were featured as part of her design in Sunken Fossil World, but why the eyes and exaggerated fangs? They don't made her look any more monstrous than she is. Honestly the least bad of the designs I brought up above.
- Why is Yuugi tan? I get the appeal, sure, but do you have to give her an overbite just because she's an oni? Also the star on her horn is missing. 0/10
- Why does Rin have vitiligo? Why does she have cat feet instead of the shoes she actually has? Not to mention the lack of the beautiful patterns on her dress.
- Good LORD what did they do to Utsuho? She looks like if a Hazbin Hotel fan wanted to draw a Touhou character. Does that read? I'm not sure. Why does she need the random radiation symbol in her left eye? She already has the third eye of Yatagarasu on her chest, just slapping on the radiation symbol because 'utsuho nuclear' is fucking retarded.

I can't get over how they literally chose the character with the most TEXTBOOK CASE OF OCD to be the one who doesn't actually have OCD. None of these so called 'OCD' people actually have OCD (much like how many other crippling mental illnesses are faked for popularity/attention now). Actual OCD people hate that they have OCD and wouldn't bring it up at all for clout, given it causes massive issues in your life to have to do things like open and close doors a set number of times every single time, or washing your hands so much you bleed.

Another South Park art I'd love to share here. Once again crazy people who insist none of the main boys are straight or non trans. I swear to god that people are taking a one off comment by the creators about Stan being "gay" too seriously because it was a comment they made way before the show even began. If they were serious then stan being attracted to a boy would of been a plot point at some point. (and no the times when they yaoi bait him and kyle dont count.) Kyle and Kenny being pansexual is odd because neither boy showed attraction to boys. (People take Kenny kissing boys in SOT as something, but by that logic Tweek and Craig (two canon gay characters) getting charmed by raisins girls in FBW is proof they're bisexual at least.) I also love how they made the most problematic character the token straight.
