They are defiantly trying to spring board some status as an e celeb by establishing a personality and presence in the videos, probably going to start uploading their own reactions or videos if they aren't already. I'm not sure how low the bar is for "furry influencer," but it can't be too high if Kero was at the top of the pile at one point.

The thing is that is repeated time and again, is that everyone comes to watch Adam, the dumb furry is not what people come to the channel for. Hell he should be lucky Adam is lazy to not make highlights of his own, otherwise the furry would have no relevancy.

I remember a few months ago where the channel had gotten 72 thousand subs, and it was also when his fursona started being more present in the highlights channel, i noticed that the numbers were going down, the lowest being between 69,9 and 69,7. But then the channel started getting more subscribers. If i am not mistaken it was after Adam started talking more about culture war adjacents like the bald guy complaining about the they/thems of Starfield.
And speaking of grifters he also made a highlight of Adam talking about that Nerdrotic guy. Haven't watched it yet due to not having the strenght to watch more than an hour of unscripted Adam talking about that soyjak faced creature right now.

Channel definitely feels like it's on an autopilot downward spiral. Views are "fine" but not great, and he seems to have far more enthusiasm sticking his nose in retarded culture war grifting than actually making videos, to the point he all but lets another channel make 90% of his videos. Sure would have been a good jolt for his channel if he had part 2 of his lion king 2019 video ready to coincide with the lazy prequel, which regardless of the quality of the video itself, was a subject he was at least actually passionate about and that along with the kimba video, which itself was a tangent of the lion king script expanded to a full video, were the biggest hits on his channel in a full DECADE. Oh, he hasn't even STARTED on part 2 a full 2 years later? Doesn't surprise me.

Oh that's because he's currently working on his 2016 List and did a watch-along to the extended cut of Batman V Superman on Twitch. He had a huge meltdown about Star Wars and its fanbase and gave every installment and spin-off a 1/10 on his IMDB. Don't have any clips but he's still streaming here right now.

If you want to be a prominent furry influencer, you just have to wait for the last batch to get outed for being into beastiality/zoosadism. Then you can take your place at the top of the mountain until you're outed for being into beastiality/zoosadism.

He says there's a lot of reasons why it's not coming out (soon)
  1. He injured himself, which started during the Kimba video (tendinitus, general wrist/arm issues), which he apparently inherited from his mom. As a result he is trying to not edit/type alot (which explains why he's hired other people to edit his shit). But he also has a personal trainer and goes to the gym (or at least is trying to). Can't watch videos for a long time on the coutch because he once had siatica, and is afraid of getting it again.
  2. His mindset has changed from what it was in his 20's
    1. In his 20's he would get up work, focus on the channel, establish his brand, barely had a social life, go to bed.
    2. Now in his 30's where everything is established, he is trying to balance out living in 2 places (he has a boyfriend that lives in the US - Atlanta Georgia specifically), and he can't spend a lot of time in the states or else he'll get kicked out of his canada home. He's on his 3rd lawyer for trying to get residency, and has another lawyer for some insurance scam.
  3. He's got a bunch of other videos coming out: Old, Spiral, Scanectiny (sp?)
  4. He doesn't want to push part 2 out if it's not COMPLETELY ready, considering he put 100% himself into the first one, he's doing the same with the second one. This also means he's not giving this to his other editors, it's his EXCLUSIVELY.
  5. he can't pay his bills and/or his editors if he doesn't release anything else and ONLY focuses on part 2. Regarding his projects, he's currently spending $7000 a month (not including living expenses), so he's trying to still get money and spend it wisely. It's why he has sponsors now.
  6. All of this ontop of juggling his other channels. He still wants to do podcasts, but is lessening on the gaming stuff.

Adam really acts like his review is some god damn film where he is some auteur. Even other film YouTubers who do his style of reviewing know to hire editors for even the big videos, hell Adam would get a lot if he posted his Part 2 video in December around the time of the prequel film.

Man, imagine if he, you know, released it in manageable segments that are ~20-30 minutes each instead of 2 hours. "I need money, so I'm not gonna work on the single most lucrative project in the history of my channel".

Boogie would be envious. Boogie claims he needs $5000 a month to live. I assume that Adam is paying a lot for for PReP.

Its insane that even with his need to control and supervise every piece of content he makes, that his overall output has shrunk considerably. Also ngl, its kind of hard to take seriously watching Adam getting sanctimonious over being in the 1% of "genuine" Youtube content creators and proclaim that he is one of the few who will never compromise their ultimate passion project under any circumstances. It just cheapens the sentiment when the true impetus of his turbo autistic-review merely comes from the film's antagonist making his dick hard.

As an artist (sorry to PL) I understand not wanting to half-ass a passion project. I also sympathize with the health issues. But for the mostly highly anticipated project across all of his channels...? Personally I would halve as many asses as I could get away with without the RMCP getting involved.
