I concluded, based on what I read, that the claim it's for-sure a swinger tattoo is rather iffy given the orientation of the pineapple on her leg, and that it could have other meanings besides swinging.

It's not even true, and he knows it. Nothing Monty ever filed was decided on merits. Hence Monty was not proven to be a pedo, as he wants to insinuate. This was pointed out ages ago. Monty had his previous efforts tossed for going completely
pro se, not knowing what the fuck he's doing ("Failure to state a claim..." etc.).

Part of me thinks that the Vic experience broke Nick's mind in a way to where he thinks that because Vic never got his day is court, Nick oughta be given carte blanche to say whatever he wants about people as well. The alternative would be coming to terms with the fact that Vic didn't get his day in court because Ty borked everything up.
