And as people may not have known about, the USA had already gotten its hands on at least one top-end T-90 as a gift from Ukraine as thanks for the aid we've given them. So the Russians have captured a tank that dates back to the mid-90's and is horribly obsolete, and we've gotten one that's only a few years old. A more than fair trade, IMO.

I'm surprised none of the dads of those 13 he got killed in Afghanistan cold clocked him in the face for checking his watch every time a body was unloaded. They knew its better to keep calm than spending several years in pound me in the ass prison for clocking the president in the jaw.

You really going to spin, what is a loss for the Biden Administration, as a win?

M1 Abrams tanks being trophy pieces in Moscow wasn't on the cards.

And these were the same people who opposed Trump using the latest gen of Abrams tanks for a military parade.

You're really reaching. I called this a fair trade, not an outright win. Yes, seeing an Abrams on parade sucks, mostly because people like you are going to be yapping about how this is totally the end of American hegemony, but unless you think an M1 Abrams from the mid-90's is more technologically advanced than a T-90 at minimum 20 years newer, the USA has indeed come out ahead on this trade.

Because from the prospective of high level political figures - Biden is doing a great job. He's destabilizing the country and making certain that different coalitions of factions never unite and make demands of their large scale companies/governments/etc. Foreign countries large and small are having a grand old time (except Ukraine's citizens) with a weakened US. Russia got to bend the US over the barrel on the national stage for Brittney "I hate America" Griener, China gets to sable rattle all they want unopposed and threaten Taiwan, Iran fleeced Biden for $6 Billion (which almost certainly wound up in Hamas hands - which they nearly instantly used to attack Israel), Isreal gets to really dig it's claws into USA (compare how Anti-Israel protests are treated vs BLM Riots, or Anti-Russia demonstrations) and really, really, REALLY gets to finally have the holy cleansing war they've wanted since like 1947.

Every NATO country (that isn't the US) gets to have a full on proxy war with Russia, weakning Russia and the USA at the same time, cratering Ukraine and scaring all of their neighbors for free. Donald Trump told them there would be no wars and they would have to pay their share - Biden showed up and immediately said "Disregard that, I suck cocks!" and put war back on the menu for everyone that wants it. We're paying Ukraine to fight Russia - we're paying Russia (indirectly) for energy for us and allies, we're paying Hamas to fight Israel and we're paying Isreal to fight Hamas).

Ukraine is taking in trillions and 100% our political elite are taking quite a taste of it. The military industrial complex is having the time of it's life. On top of that - Nancy Pelosi is about to retire/die as one of the greatest stock traders to ever live - what luck! Surely it couldn't be her position giving her inside info - she's just better than rank amateurs like Warren Buffet. The political elite feel super comfortable with their level of control (compare police/National Guard response in Martha's Vineyard vs a normal town or protests in front of a politician's home vs people burning down entire cities). We fairly openly have two different justice systems and most people seem OK with lawfare targeting Trump (who is being tried in a case with no victim) and don't seem to care about Hunter Biden doing cocaine on video, leaving cocaine in the White House, or Joe Biden molesting his daughter.


No one with the means to assassinate a sitting president wants a hair touched on Biden's head - he is far and away their favorite president to ever live. If there is any kind of de-aging/cure for dementia discovered - they're going to send it to Biden in a velvet gift basket.

An, excellent. Now, the base model M1A2 entered production in 1992, right as the M1A1 was leaving. So we're looking at almost 30 years between the Abrams they're getting and the T-90M we snagged.

In which universe is this a bad trade? The one where American science is unsurpassed by STRONK RUSSIA even after twenty years? Because I keep hearing from various Stroheimanovs that Russian science is the greatest.
