You can watch the timestamps, but I think he thinks that Montegraph’s reputation is so bad he can allege he produced CP and molests children without catching shit from it. He says awful things, you don’t have to like Montegraph to realize how damaging what he says is.

I think when Null called Montegraph back when it literally was just trolls twisting he took photos of children to he took photos of children. Montegraph literally was just a photographer and that was trolls fucking with his actual job.

This is a really bad play, because if anything, Nick attracting attention to these allegations against Montagraph has led to most people concluding that these allegations are absolute bullshit with no factual basis whatsoever.

The whole "Monty took pictures of naked kids" thing is completely made-up as far as I can tell. He was once a photographer who took pictures of people's kids. As in they said "take pictures of my kids." Like a normal photographer.

If anyone has any evidence to the contrary, I'd welcome it, but that particular accusation appears entirely fictional. And Nick knows that.

I should also remind everyone. Montegraph did ask for a retraction. He superchatted in during either the Daryl Brooks case (black guy defending himself after running over a parade) or the Alex Murdaugh trial demanding Rekieta retract his statements and take down his stream with Metokur.

Nick responded by saying “Montegraph always enjoyed sucking baby penis”. He’s then tripled down every time he’s asked and called himself a free speech champion for alleging someone is a pedophile on hearsay and a case that failed on procedural grounds.

Nick also has a vendetta against Montegraph’s lawyer, David Schneider. This stems from Schneider disliking Nick for representing a woman embezzled funds in order to seduce her gay husband (I feel like this was foreshadowing) and how his defense was shit. Nick also holds it against him for Schneider not offering him a job and instead free office space for a year and mentoring during his first few years as a lawyer. He scoffed at the fact that they would give him crackheads to defend, which is basically what a public defender does.
