I am infinite percent sure that this is just so Sony can bypass steam's bans so they can start banning people who "exploited and cheated" to get supercreds, nothing else. They probably shit their pants at lightspeed when they saw people farming thousands per hour, and calculated all of the profits that evaporated into thin air.

Locking it has no effect on the likes and dislikes. It is 0 because the dislikes exceed likes, the real number is probably negative. It is just dislikes minus likes.

Valve has been marginally more tolerable then most other gaming license issuers. How much of this is the company, vs. Gabe Newell be an older gaming nerd we may never know. Others have commented they fear the day the fat fuck finally dies of the Beetus, and I add my own voice to this fear.

Thing is, for many people, it is literally impossible to make a PSN account in your region.

Aside from the fact that the preorder page made zero indication of PSN accounts, nothing until now stated that a PSN account was mandatory. But that's really what gets my goat: they sold the game for months without requiring you to ever have a PSN accounts (like other crossplay games) and now some people are either out of luck or risking a ToS ban for making an account in another region. I really hope Valve puts a memo out that anyone asking for a refund bitching about the PSN account requirement gets it; remember, the 2 hours is literally only for automatic refunds and anything over that is manually reviewed.
