One facet of Trump's defense is that documents were placed in boxes in chronological order continuously during his administration, so if some classified documents were in the boxes stored at Mar-a-Lago, their presence after Trump's term ended was accidental and their removal to Mar-a-Lago inadvertent. No one knew exactly what was in each box

Jack's widdle fucky wucky he claims is immaterial to the case makes that defense almost impossible to present effectively, since Jack has fought tooth and nail, largely successfully, to prevent Trump's lawyers from accessing the documents since seizure, or access the scans made of the documents when they were initially taken out of the boxes, in proper order, by federal investigators

This is the kind of sleazy lawyer shit that got Jack's ass spanked 9-0 by the Supreme Court before, and really Judge Cannon should dismiss the case and sanction Jack and his team of legal eagles heavily for it. It violates the 5th and 6th amendments, the rights to due process and a fair trial, but Orange Man Bad and the walls must close in!

Better to try the case and make him own it. They didn't want this judge (to the point that they actually lied on the indictment form about related cases - only to draw her anyway) and they didn't want this jurisdiction. Trump has a very good chance of being acquitted here, and with double jeopardy attached they can't try him again

Preddit tried to say he delivered them cold pizza the desperation has been overwhelming lately, like them trying to say he is just shidding and farding and sleeping all day in court.

I don't really care to investigate this but preddit is also trying to make the claim that a bunch of drumpf supporters are wearing diapers to show solidarity with drumpf

Also, I'm sure it's been discussed but which of the Biden admin's massive failures are the college protests supposed to be distracting us from? The Drumpf trials? The fact that it's six months until the election and there are no debates and no campaigning happening? The Supreme Court case they are about to lose? Is this just going to be the dems political strategy every four years now? Massive protests in the spring/summer of election years? That's a bold strategy that has certainly never failed any nation or city state before.
