It's possible. I think in order for that to happen, he'd have to get a lot of donations from paypigs or Nick detractors to make it happen. On his own, I don't think Phil has the money. I say this because he has said quite a few times that he wants to sue his detractors, but can't because he doesn't have the money. Now whether that's true or not idk, but if his bankruptcy filings resemble something even close to reality, I don't think he can pull it off unless he gets a lot of extra funds. Plus he'd have to cut back on his WWE Champions spending. That might be too much to ask of him.

But I'd love for this to happen. It might mean Phil goes back to the 5 hour lore stream Nick did with LyteSydeBill and Agent Proper, and either reacts to it or uses it as ammo, That was one of my favorite Nick streams back in the day, used to replay it many times on long car drives. Can't now, he ruined it, because so many things he says in it have aged horribly, just like with most of his old stuff.

First of, the penalty is not gonna be that severe.
Secondly, they likely need to preserve Nick as an ally. If the grass is still greener on Nick's side of the fence, that should REALLY should tell you how bad off STMS is.

Honestly, April's speeding ticket is not that big of a deal. In a vacuum, nobody here would give a shit. It's only funny because of who her attorney was, and how he handled it (or rather, didn't).

I have a counterpoint - lets say he really was well off enough to where he could front the money he gets from his paypigs to pay for a suit. Well that would blow a giant hole in this narrative he's sang for so many years, that all the money he gets immediately just goes to bills, disappears as soon as he gets it, and he really needs your KHANTRIBUTUIONS or else he's going to go broke. If he did this on his own, then his oldest ebegging sad song would be proven a lie, and I don't think he wants that. I really don't think he'd be able to explain that away. It's entirely possible he does have the money to do it, but could he while keeping this story straight?

Also I don't think this April ticket thing is really a big deal either. I just can't think of anyone else that would even sue him. I guess besides DSP, since that's been introduced to me. But this is Nick Rekieta - when you don't expect something, it just happens, so perhaps I'm all wrong and we'll all get an early Christmas.
