The feds would only show up if Raxx goes out into public and starts yelling about numerous bomb threats in public, and even in Larson’s case, it took a long time before they finally had enough to nail him.

Thread regulars can correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe Raxx leaves the attic dungeon to go out in public often, if at all.

I genuinely think the last time he left was for court, last year.

And he doesn't make specific bomb threats against federal buildings. He yells that he will kill the trolls, but he's not doing the Larson move of picking the white house, the FBI, or that one center they had to call a bomb squad to.
