Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

Honestly, I'm just amazed she didn't post a still-damp positive pregnancy test on the day she found out.
I’m not. No woman that has ever had a miscarriage tells anyone beyond their partner and maybe immediate family until past the first trimester. She did save the 4 (yes 4) tests she took to show us all after the announcement.
I'm not shocked; she really is that stupid, and desperate for the attention (and sweet sponsorship deals) she'll get for being pregnant.
Sierra Schultzzie got the whole nursery gifted by YouTube channel Mr Kate that specialises in decorating.
Alex probably couldn’t accept that kind of gift though because she needs complete control. If it’s not her neutral pre-picked decor, then she’s not going to want it.

For those that didn’t watch, the “pregnancy brain” deal this vlog was she received her baby shower invites and she’d put the wrong month on them. 😂 Also, right near the beginning she had a half body shot from the side where she wrote #pregnant over her fat gut. Pregnant is her whole identity now. Whoever can Amberlynn find to copy now?

The extremely conspicuous consumption on display in every piece of "influencer" content I've ever watched makes me want to become Ted Kaczynski (in Minecraft). Seriously, it's fucking gross.

Y'all did you hear Fat Alex is pregnant! She's here to remind us!

Who wanted to see her (what used to be) neck?

The cap won't fit and her earrings are more erect than her husband's penis has ever been since he met her.

This constitutes a healthy, dainty dinner. (I'm willing to bet she ate at least twice as shown + dessert and snacks).

Her soda fridge. How many times a month do they restock?

Her facial expressions are getting more unhinged. She looks like someone going through a psychotic episode of some sort.

These are in no particular order from her recent abominations she calls vlogs.
I don't know what she is trying to manifest but to me this is looking like a mental illness where she is stuck in a manic loop of eating, shopping, lying to herself and her audience, pouting and looking for attention.
The baby is a complete afterthought. She is only focused on what she can consume during and after the pregnancy. Be it crappy food, ugly decor, ass pats and permission to be extra obnoxious and throw tantrums without repercussions.

I can only imagine the whispers in her OBGYNs office after every appointment
They won’t be “whispers”. She’ll be getting the message loud and clear. Obstetricians don’t sugar coat obesity risks during pregnancy. I don’t even believe her narrative of the initial midwife appointment, although midwives tend to be more gentle/tactful. Her first actual obstetrician appointment would have seen her get a lecture about appropriate weight gain (the advice at her size would be try to maintain with no weight gain at least until third trimester, and at most 10lb overall). I’m not even sure she’s even seen the actual obstetrician yet, she may still be midwife managed at this stage.

I don't believe for a second any of her lab values or other metrics are remotely normal.
I’d be especially interested in her gestational diabetes test results which she should be having soon. I’m not sure what kind of testing they’ll do for her though because the standard Glucose Tolerance Test is not recommended for gastric bypass people. I don’t believe Alex could be trusted to do an accurate blood glucose diary with accurate food diary. (If you’ve never done one though, they can be very eye opening).

Who the fuck needs a soda fridge just for soda? If you have one it means you drink too much fizzy sugar water.

I mean one of those Coca-Cola coolers would be cool with the sliding doors and all but that's more for show and you use it as a normal kind of fridge but stick it in the rec room or something. But no. If you need a fridge specifically for all the soda you drink it means you have a problem.

A stern talking to is in order for sure.
I'm curious if she will mention it and go on another fat phobic rant in the Tesla she is rapidly sizing out of or just do another grocery and beige trinket haul to calm herself down.
I don’t think she’ll mention it at all. She’ll get weighed at the clinic and the Dr will give her a major talking to. She’s already lied about her new clinic saying they’ve never heard of BMI limits by obstetric practices, or trying to limit weight gain when morbidly obese during pregnancy. I do not believe that for a second and suspect it was just her trying to justify her earlier rant. She’ll sweep this under the carpet just like she does everything else she doesn’t want to come clean on. We’ll also never hear how much she’s gaining during this pregnancy.

For those NOT in the know, the only specialists worse than Ob/gyns for weight lectures and surgical restrictions are orthopaedic surgeons. If you can’t deal with being weighed, and a probable weightloss lecture, then don’t put yourself in a position where you need either of these specialists.

Her midwife or doc will read her the riot act I think. She’s going to feel incredibly uncomfortable during the later stages. All her weight is in her upper body and anyone who has had a baby or two on board will remember the feeling. They expand outwards but they also push upwards - all your organs like stomach, lungs etc get squished upwards and by the end it’s uncomfortable, even as a normal weight woman. A regular sized pregnant lady can expect reflux, breathlessless, a stomach the size of a peanut becasue a baby is sat against it, and a sense of pressure in the last trimester. the cliche of the ‘almost due’ lady being miserable and eating spicy food to kick start things is a trope for a reason. By the time you hit 38 weeks you’re praying for the baby to come
They do tell you how much weight you ‘should’ put on and it’s not very much if you’re overweight but it’s a lot if you’re not. I was told up to 35lb was ok as a normal weight mum but that seems like loads. . She’s going to have a shock when she hits six months because it’s going to be very uncomfortable for her
I didn’t realise they can’t do a GTT on very obese people - why is that and what do they do instead? They need to check her she’s very high risk.
They don’t do them for everyone here, I never had one with any of mine.

Oh they can do them on obese people okay, but it’s not recommended for people who have had gastric bypass surgery as Alex has. The issue is dumping syndrome that can easily cause reactive hypoglycaemia due to the high initial glucose dose, coupled with the fast required for the test. In the US they sometimes use a test called a Mixed Meal Tolerance Test which combines a predetermined mix of protein, fats, and carbs, instead of the straight up glucose load. It’s a powder not an actual meal.

A blood glucose diary that includes all food and drink (and times of all) can also give a lot of information. They just aren’t as accurate as keeping a patient in office and taking regular blood samples while ensuring they don’t eat or drink anything other than water.

That requires honesty and I very much doubt Alex is capable, nor is she capable of fasting.
I guess ‘bariatric patient who has had surgery and is now fat again AND pregnant’ is not your typical patient. It’s almost like there’s a reason why specialist obgyn practices exist …. I doubt the regular practice would have the expertise to manage this safely.

Her pregnancy should be being managed by her bariatric surgeons obesity GP (yes they are a thing) in conjunction with an obstetrician skilled in high risk pregnancy management. I doubt she even has followups with her bariatric practice, because believe me she would rant about them being fatphobic as they reinforced their bariatric diet rules.

I wish we knew what really went down at that appointment with her original practice. I suspect she was actually above their BMI limit, and apart from being given the name of the high risk pregnancy centre, was also advised to keep her total weight gain during the pregnancy to 10lb maximum. I very much doubt they checked her ever increasing weight (knowing her medical history and previous pregnancy) , saw significant weight gain over the previous 7 months, and said “sure we’ll let you stay with us as long as you don’t gain more than 10lb for the whole pregnancy”. I also doubt she rang around to other clinics to find one she liked the receptionist’s demeanour of and made an appointment with them. I’d almost guarantee that the only calls she made were to TriCare (to ensure that they covered that practice) and to the practice she was told was the only one that would take her at her high risk level.

That’s a given.

That she got an appointment with another clinic immediately, no waiting, within a day or two of being informed she'd be getting the fatty banhammer from her previous clinic, is dodgy as hell.

I don't know anybody who has gone looking for a new HCP—whether it be a GP or a specialist—who hasn't had to 1) call around in order to find somebody taking new patients; and 2) hasn't had to wait weeks, or even months, to be seen once they've been accepted as a patient and made an appointment.

And this perfect OB-GYN practice with no BMI limits, where nobody had ever heard of such a terrible thing, and (most important) where they absolutely love Alex and are treating her like the queen she is from the moment they picked up the phone, and her obesity is not even an issue—yeah, #thathappened.

New Fat Alex video
I’ll watch it later, but here’s the checklist for those interested.

Pregnancy brain ✅
#pregnancy with baby bump selfie/grabbing baby bump ✅
Pregnancy food craving ❌ it was clothes craving ✅
In case you didn’t know I’m pregnant ✅
Pregnancy nap ✅
Yar shows up to complete the happy families vibe ❌
Heavily filtered/shopped toilet selfie ❌
Shopping in store ❌
Shopping online ✅
Showing latest Amazon purchases with links ✅
Eating ✅ because that boba was almost pure sugar
Decor changes /reorganising shit ✅
Bruno ❌
Toilet talk (whether human or animal) ❌
Tax deductible Tesla outing ❌

ETA: Terrible vlog, even worse than usual. She literally did just show us how many frigging clothes she has, then made a boba tea while complaining about a headache. Claims she’ll be “donating” clothes she no longer wants to a womens shelter…that means she’ll list them on Nancy’s Poshmark shop so no one will see the actual sizes that no longer fit her.

Definitely, do NOT waste your precious minutes on this absolute garbage, low effort, poor excuse for a vlog.

On top of Shenanigans check list, I have my mini bingo for the ever expanding:

  • Avenger Fupa
  • (what used to be a) Neck
  • Fatty tongue
  • Blue lips

I don't know how to caption the below.
I'll just remind you that this is not her full girth captured and her due date is late September. Five more months of unrestrained food intake and this is where she is at today. Very close if not at her pre bypass surgery weight.
How do you think her pregnancy, delivery and post partum will unfold?

I think Yar will be a busy man as Fat Alex takes more and more rests, doing less and less on the daily. Just as well he’s unemployed at the moment besides his army reserves hobby job.

I do expect she’ll have a pre-term, cesarean section, that will either be planned or emergency. I don’t expect she’ll carry to term, and I do anticipate her going into labour (if not already delivered) before her due date and with a baby that’s on the larger size, around 8.5lbs.

Wondering if maybe the original clinic actually sent her to the new one, and had given them the heads up regarding her condition. Had pre booked her for a consult. When she arrived at the original clinic, she was told what the plan was. An intervention. No choice, girl. Which is why she went berserk. Everything else so far has been lies, so why not this? Pregnant moms are always the priority and given her massive girth and inability to follow doctor’s orders, she would have been numero uno on the list.
