I still have a really hard time understanding the infatuation so many people have with Trump. Is the status of persecution really so powerful that consistent records of extreme litigious history, megalomania, poor financial decisions, sexual transgressions, and elite privilege means nothing? Especially when all of that occurred before his presidency? I know I'm preaching to the choir but I simply don't know how he holds so many supporters captivated with his very being. I can understand why the Republican establishment continues to support him, as investments, blackmail, and borrowed power goes along way for U.S politicians. Yet outside of one of the most successful propaganda campaigns to exist, in which it has triumphed upon willful ignorance, I don't see why so many people gunt guard him.
