They wouldn't be able to convict Fatso on his word alone, but if Alan was like "Hey, this guy ordered like 43 swats from me and this is how he paid for it", and they get a warrant for Fat's finances and it is exactly as TS said, then it lends much more credibility. It's still really early in the process. Court bullshit takes forever. It could easily take a year before anything interesting happens. I think this Florida case he's dealing with is just a warm up anyways. He swatted congress people and federal judges so I would imagine he'll be indicted federally too and the Florida case is just to keep him locked up and occupied while the government gets their case together. Alan is going away for a long time.
