I'm relieved for her brother and his family that she's not in his house. Fingers crossed that this is an accessible apartment with extra wide doorways, because hauling her out—to either a hospital or the morgue—is going to be a nightmare.

Sadly I have some experience with that "look" and that is the look of someone that has been sub 80% O2 without supplemental O2 for a long good while now. Her brain has degraded, she's constantly in and out of restless sleep and is unable to function in any way.

She will be dead within a year or so unless somehow she manages to start moving and lose some weight. Not going to happen.

They can't really sleep because their O2 levels are too low so they literally wake up gasping for air, even at the end on O2 and other breathing machines. It's a terrible fucking way to go and really sad. But, she ate herself into this prison.
