Here's the person who was apparently gifted Pepper by Puppy (it's a long post, so I'll spoiler it)
plus some additional posts:
there was also apparently some slap fight over this person (razzicetea) owning pepper back in february involving a different person. no idea who actually owns the thing now but it's likely not puppy
I can't archive the actual post itself since you need to be logged into tumblr to view this person's blog, but this the document archive. I have no idea if what's in this document is true or not as it's SEVENTY-SIX PAGES LONG (author is also self-proclaimed DID system), but it's not surprising to me if Puppy is still interacting with creeps and covering it up with "uwu let queers be weird ^w^". The TL;DR of the document is that one of Puppy's mutuals is some sort of creep, but it's padded by OC drama and DID shit so I admittedly skimmed it. Not really relevant to this particular thread since they're mostly claiming guilt by association on Puppy's part. The only time Puppy is mentioned in this document is at the very end when she says that this "sylveoncel" person drew shota art of her fursona, then says it was bad and that she didn't like it, but also still interacts with her currently? She's also claiming to be an age regressor (which was also something she claimed on twitter years ago iirc), which may or may not be related:
