So the options as I know are:

1. Ignore the petition (default)
2. Grant a hearing (insanity)
3. Defer the decision and resist for next time
4. Remand directly to the appeals court with a “you fucked up”
5. ?A gentle “you fucked up” without remanding? I don’t know if this is possible but basically saying “you were right to reopen but your arguments were shit, you should have reopened because this nigga hilarious” or whatever
