Some LGBs who are tired of TQ+ bullshit support transsexuals but condemn transgenders. Transsexuals are often much more honest and vocal about the reality of transition, don't deny their biological sex and recognize they are not the same as biological females/males. There's a lot less transsexuals than transgenders, but IMO there'd be even less of them if psychological help was the first option to consider when helping people suffering from gender and/or sex dysphoria.

Well, that does make a lot of sense, as there's no flag on his bio at all, so by that account, he's actually a better example on what a trans person should be. However, I'm more or less posting him due to his hard-on delusion and insistence that queer must become a slur or something, and maybe even referring to transgenders as queers themselves which, in all honestly, makes a lot of sense....
Still, I'd prefer if queer was always used as it was years ago: referring to those with different sexual preferences and other oddball identities, or oddballs in general....but he's queering (ruining) up the queers.

A lot of ppl opt to just say "trans women are women", but he decided to break the mold and take it one step further by saying "i support cis women and real women". Sorry I didn't catch a screenshot, but the chat was very mad. Obviously he was implying that trans women are the real women, and biological women are just cis, which a lot of people didn't appreciate.

Many share this sentiment of not feeling safe in male spaces, but still continue to go through with the transition. I do not (and probably never will honestly) understand. To me, if you would feel unsafe in a male changing room, and would still feel unsafe after your transition, are you not just ostracising yourself for literally no gain?

I haven't had top surgery yet, and I have no current plans to complete bottom surgery past the hysterectomy I already had, plus my facial hair hasn't come in yet (though other body hair has), so currently I still pass as female when I need to.
My worry is for down the road, once I'm coded much more male. I don't want to make other folks uncomfortable, but I also don't feel safe using the men's locker room.

It can take years to work through all the steps properly. Though it's easier nowadays and can be faster.

I'm still at Step 7. I think most trans-identified people today are fetishists, incels, opportunists, or caught in a social contagion. There are a few who just want to live their lives but those are the ones who transitioned before the 2010s like Buck Angel.

There's always been 1 and 2 (and other types of bipolar like cyclothymia), depends on the presence of depressive episodes and frequency of mania/hypomania. Bipolar 2 gets hypomania, milder not full mania.

Yep. Women who take T are more likely to have severe mood fluctuations and the risk of mania/hypomania is increased. It is also more likely to trigger aggressive episodes, roid rage +1. It can be hard to tell the difference between bipolar mood episodes and the effects of T.

I don’t know the scientific specifics, but hormones obviously have a major effect on psychological processes. Women using T already have a massive list of mood related side effects, but with mental health disorders it’s likely to be so much worse. Under normal circumstances a doctor would not prescribe a woman with bipolar T as her risk of psychosis and suicidal behaviours goes through the roof. I’ve only ever seen one post where a doctor rejected a pooner though, and boy was she mad. Other pooners chimed in to say how fantastic their mood was on T, which duh you’re shooting steroids ffs. Men with mood disturbances often fare quite well on a steady dose of T, as do many women on birth control (although I must stress that the right type of BC is needed, and women with healthy hormone levels may find it makes them worse).

For men taking their magic totty skittles I get the impression that their bodies cope a lot better than women on T. Reduced testosterone would have a massive impact on their anger and aggression levels anyway. Living out your fetish daily would improve their mood too lol. Of course them being mentally deranged doesn’t mean the ‘euphoria’ cancels out the narc rage and male violence- they are still dangerous individuals who wouldn’t think twice about hurting a woman.

Considering the major effect sex hormones have on the body it’s no surprise to see such drastic mood changes. Like anything, moderation is key and without balance you will harm yourself.
