When it comes to helping men and women out with hormonal imbalances or shortfalls, it can actually do some good.
Estrogen has some anti-aging effects. Testosterone obviously helps with building muscle.

Short answer is yes.

For men if you are low t you might already have a thread about you here, getting t added to your system will make you manly and energetic, and build muscle.

For women if you are low e you get a wide range of bad benefits, mostly mental/emotional. The right amount is tricky though, too much e makes your bones like SpongeBob.

I've known a girl who's endocrine system was damaged due to a birth defect, and never naturally entered puberty. They also were slightly developmentally disabled. Mom put her on e, and they had a late puberty but developed fairly well as far as curves/chest, but still retarded. Not sure what the longterm strategy is on hrt but she can at least date another tard and they get to be tardhappy together.

There's zero reason a man should take e, it has no benefits other than growing boobs or jumpstarting ovaries that they don't have. Women shouldn't be taking t but if they do they will get jacked and bulk up if they actually hit the gym. Might serve a fringe purpose in the apocalypse to have muscle Amazon's. A shame about the body and facial hair tho.
