I’m sure it’s been brought up a countless amount of times BUUUUT any guess as to what Cobes’ political affiliation is? I’ve always seen him as sort of a libertarian but I can also see him really not having one and just much of what he says politically is just him regurgitating the same stuff the breadtubers he’s watched say.

He's too stupid to have genuine opinions on anything for the most part. Even if he loves something he very rarely knows anything about it other than surface level stuff. He loves Ozzy but knows maybe 10 songs, and he can't discern between Black Sabbath or Ozzy proper to get to that 10 songs.

Like others said, he just parrots stuff he hears from people and on youtube videos. Clint and the rest of the family seem to be fairly left wing, so he'll say things like he "supports trans rights" and then immediately will say something transphobic right after that. He doesn't understand how those 2 things can contradict each other. He just says them cus he's heard others say them.

The only view I think he has, aside from legalizing weed, is that he just wants everyone to be happy. There's no opinions on actual policy. If you sat him down and just gave him a pretty basic overview of the political parties I think he'd end up on the left, but not super far left. I don't think he would be libertarian if he would learn or understand what it actually is and how it would affect him.

I agree that him owning one would absolutely result in him doing an about face on his beliefs, but I don't believe for a second that the boglim would take care of it.
