If I had to take a completely stupid guess for the right axis they probably use how much testosterone or estrogen someone has to measure it. So what made you decide that "higher testosterone" counts towards being in the male category and not the female category? Why isn't it the other way around? And why not measure another hormone, like insulin?

How does one turn naturally Popeye level forearms into something less masculine?
I do not do any weight training on upper body. I work behind a keyboard and my forearms are bigger than my biceps, and so vascular! It's so distressing seeing how far the rest of my body has changed yet in depressing contrast my forearms look like they can tear through a phone book with ease. Is there anything I can do to change this?

Do the opposite. More kids, more taxes! Make it economically unfeasible for dirt poor families to continue contributing to the devastation of civilization.
