If I remember right, she fell down some stairs after a concert and it fucked her shit up, but she didn't go to a doctor for it for a while and it ended up worse because she kept going to the gym with the bad knee. And then she found out it was fucked up doing deadlifts, went to the doctor, and the doctor went "Nah, it's fine, you don't need surgery".

The whole thing is kind of exhausting to look at. It's overdesigned and greebled all to hell, which means your eyes really don't have any lines to follow in making sense of it. My hunch is that the artist tried to compensate for all that chaos by making a handful of parts (get it because boobs) extra salient, like the eyes and chest. I don't think that gamble worked, honestly. I'm also not digging the legs; something about the proportions and the leg warmers is creating a really unflattering cankle effect.
Like other people mentioned already, it's also a radical departure from her existing "brand." I just don't get it.
ETA: a question - do kill fees exist in the vtubing world? this model seems like something I would just pay the artist a kill fee for, and then do my best to write the whole thing off
