So in short, Styx is defending eating dog meat, but not just any old dog meat, the type straight out of Hellraiser. First part of the clip is Styx descrybing how a Dog meat black market works and how to operate one, and the bribery involved. I have no idea if this is accurate, but hearing an occultist describe this sort of thing is surreal.
Also, Apparently bans don't work, but at the same time it will reduce the consumption of dog meat. He does not like bans, and while trying to say the ban on killing elephants is not working
(while omitting the reduction on poaching) the occultist mistakes elephant bones for tusks. People eat money, horses, goats and monkeys and thats ok, and if your going to protect one species that can feel pain and is intelligent, you might as well protect them all or your moralist hypocrite. (All-or-Nothing Mentality cognitive distortion).

He really doesn't understand why people are banning dog meat. According to styx, its just like the war on drugs, and it shouldn't be banned because it does not violate the N.A.P. By that logic, he does not think the dogs being skinned alive while the dogs were hanging from a hook like some sort of Hellraiser movie is violating the N.A. Side note:
I remember, a while ago, there was one video of styx holding onto a cute dog and patting it on the head back when he lived in the Netherlands that never appeared again. It only appeared once, and was gone after that. After viewing this video, I really hope that dog is OK or that I just imagined it happening. Remember, According to Styx, this animal abuse of dogs is A-Ok because it does not violate the NAP, and the only thing stopping him is his feelings, not morals.
