For all his bullshit talk about how it's a protest song, what is it protesting?

There's no real fucking statement. It's just reciting what EVERYONE who wasn't Middle Class, you know, the majority of the poor who actually fought in the war, went through.

Except they didn't turn into a cool rocking Daddy in the USA, they had people like "The Boss" fucking mock them and deride them while making money off of them.

No, if anything, when I hear it played at political rallies, I get a big fucking grin...

Because fucking Springsteen HATES it that his 'great meaningful protest song' was co-opted by the very people he role-plays as.

They're trying to take away all of Trump's money and put him in jail for the rest of his life using a bunch of bogus charges and kangaroo courts, but when Trump "calls to imprison political enemies" (would love to know the actual quote here) it's "anti-democratic". This is some very uninspired propaganda, it's like they're not even trying any more. I'm giving it a 2 out of 10, would not fedpost over.

First part:
I think the point is to get some sound bites to use during lead ins to narrative media smears or quotes in the NYT. It does not matter what happens during the debates because outside of some really fervent supporters and content creators very few people will be watching.

They will just trumpet how strong Biden was and how evil Trump sounded and use out of context chunks to back up their claims. They will probably try to bait Trump into saying something racist they can use to try to plug the dike of black support.

Second part:
Yeah it is a little sus to me that there was one assassination attempt and one accident that stinks of CIA ops in South America during the 80's in such a small window of time.

There won't be a debate, Team B knows that it'll be a disaster to put him on the stand so they'll claim that they are not going to entertain the insurrectionist.

It will be a disaster but at this point I think it'll be a disaster not to as well. Biden's big problem is everyone thinks he's weak and senile, and they need to prove him strong and competent. The only problem is he is weak and senile so they need something completely controllable to prove the opposite. They already got rid of the live audience to prevent hecklers and distractions and also blatantly biased moderators. Let's not kid ourselves Biden's handlers already have the debate questions if they aren't the ones writing them at this point, and are probably having Biden drill pre prepared responses into what little brain matter he has left. They just need to be able to make small 4-6 second cuts that the paid shills can blast out to social media with captions about "watch Biden epically own bad orange man".

That's before you consider that Biden could shit himself, yell nigger at the top of his lungs, and then drop dead mid debate and the MSM would still declare a landslide victory for Biden.

If the goal was to dump Biden a) they wouldn't have strongarmed the rest of the party into letting him effectively run un-opposed in the primary, and b) they wouldn't make the conditions of the debates as easy as possible for Biden to mumble through without damaging his reputation too much, such as:
  • No live audience to rattle him
  • No live broadcast, pre-taped (gotta record it during the day before Torpedo Joe starts sundowning)
  • Moderators are pre-selected from a list of approved outlets that have a lengthy track record of operating as regime propaganda
  • Hosting the debates months before the election, even before the convention! Before any early votes are cast, to ensure they have the minimum possible impact on the vote
Vivek's either just spouting shit to keep his name in the papers or is attempting to wishcast a last-minute Biden replacement into existence. Getting rid of Biden at this point would basically guarantee that the swing vote goes against whoever replaces him. McGovern was already going into the 1972 election as a glorified jobber, but he wouldn't have lost every state besides Massachusetts if he didn't have to dump Eagleton as his VP for Ted Kennedy, and that was just the VP getting dumped close to the election, imagine it happening at the top of the ticket for a sitting president!
