Goes from "kiwifarmer HACKED" the idmb site to basically just saying "pretty much anyone can edit stuff on imdb"
-I wonder if the lights were flickering at imdb HQ??

"They did bad things to me, therefore I can have whatever venue I want even if I don't bother to respond to motions"
- pretty sure that's not how that works and the court isn't going to just trust that you're gonna win

And his witnesses don't seem to have actually witnessed anything relevant to the facts of the case. Did his butt-buddy Steve observe the infringement by logging onto kiwifarms? Wow, what a star witness. Gotta make sure HE can get to court.

Russ went all out with this one. Lots of new plights and explaning. This is why Russ is such a great cow, the boring parts are long, but the milk is so sweet.

I'll just leave you with this:

If you had "bias judges" on your bingo card, there you go.
Don't forget the 'years long copyright infringement sprees' the defendant has engaged in against him! :story: My goddamn sides....

star witnesses
by this he means his dad (with Parkinsons') and a friend.

I wonder if he even disclosed this list of witnesses to Hardin before he did to the court lol (BONUS WITNESSES ARE NOT REVEALED, TUNE IN NEXT TIME)

Wait, Russell has a friend? Could this be the lawyer friend that threatened him to not be named in the book?
If not, that would imply he made 2 (two!) friends in his adulthood.

I like how he complains about the witnesses (and him) not living in florida. Nigga, Josh is in fucking Serbia. You can drive there, at least. He has to leave his entire life. Come on bro.

josh doesn't have to show up in person, he just sends hardin to represent him
courts actually do take shit into account, and they actually will work with you on witness statements remotely, etc

these are not impossibilities, hell, even opposing council may say "this witness statement is useless, sure you can let them call in via Zoom"

My point is that Josh is doing this across continents, and there is always the chance he is called by the judge to show up in court. Russ getting in his Nissan Altima and going to florida is way less of a burden than Josh literally moving countries.

Fair. My point still stands. Serbia to Florida is a lot farther than Nevada to Florida

He didn't even send the documents until the 16th despite dating the documents on the 14th and presumably sending the email on the 14th to Hardin.

We could have been laughing at these documents on FRIDAY. Damnit Greer.

Also, I find it interesting that apparently FedEx doesn't actually check the sender's address and lets him use his fake address on the package.

This is probably my favorite part of his "argument" why Florida is bad.

Two of the three things he's quoting are talking about the Defendant - who legally resides in Florida, one talks about where the events occurred. Since they occurred on Kiwi Farms, a website, which is based in Florida, I would see a good argument for all three reasons he quoted to apply.

Shitlips appears to have accidently argued for why the venue change was correctly decided.

The nonsense about it almost being filed in Nevada is hilarious too, but this is just gold. Unless I'm wrong, in which case I'm the retard. Please clap.

My eyes glazed over so hard at that point that Dunkin’s Donuts sued.

I honestly think he thinks he’s the “defendant” there because he’s “defending” against the illegal attacks from the a website.

It'll be hilarious when Hardin laconically replies "No" and the Judge says "Because Hardin filed literally anything within the deadline, the motion to transfer is defeated, because that's how motions to transfer work, answering literally anything by the deadline will stop a transfer, so they only ever happen when someone's too stupid to just say SOMETHING before the deadline!"
