For those with a working brain, eidetic skills are quite interesting to see in action. Especially when applied to complex scenarios like a game of chess.
In terms of art, a key difference between Emily and a person with actual eidetic memory is that the person with eidetic memory is able to express and replicate what they see accurately because they are able to perfectly recall that information with granular detail.
I suspect that Emily not only wants to feel special, but she may have seen some examples of eidetic skills and noticed that some of the people in these videos have autism. Emily has autism, among other things. Therefore, she feels she can claim that her autism gives her eidetic memory. It should also be noted that the ability to recall information and to be creative in making your own art are not necessarily the same thing. Perhaps you could recall various shapes in your memory and repurpose them for an image but eidetic memory is not an inherent ability to be an artist.

I figured it out. It was in front of us the whole time!

Emily is using a trick known as "Pepper's Ghost" to project an image onto her computer screen in order to trace Sailor Moon without the source material being seen. The art she is tracing from is off camera and reflected off the glass computer screen that the video camera can't see because of the angle.

This effect is also used in the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland. Emily is a huge Disney fan. She obviously looked up how to do this trick using her edicite memory and applied this knowledge to fool and gaslight all of us.

It took a little while but I found you out Emily. Now admit you traced your art. Especially the latest centaur and probably the merman.

This was an incredibly difficult piece to redo, on account of all of the superfluous lines that I had to airbrush out.
