I don't agree with that. In the trailers you can see Nintendo added a lot of extra lighting and other various effects that is probably pretty taxing on the Switch's hardware. You have to remember, the Switch is basically just an upgraded Xbox 360/Playstation 3. They probably decided the 30fps was a tradeoff worth making so the game could hit closer to 1080p. I do wonder if they'll patch it once the Switch successor comes out, though.

Switch 2 can't come soon enough.

Did they just directly translate the character from the original Japanese game or did they add new dialogue to make it more transexual?

If it's just a direct translation of how the game was originally intended to be then I don't really think it's that big of a deal.
