Even though she likely doesn't have CD so this is a bit derail-y, I did a quick search and here are three different papers that all link it to lower IQ in children. One is quite old, but it seems to be the current consensus.

Am not at all a scientist so they might all be bunk and I'm just failing to see how, but they were interesting reads even to a layperson. These were all on the first page of a search on normal Google (as opposed to Scholar) for 'conduct disorder IQ test'.
