It' reminded me of Jim signing Null of for the Baldo mailing list on stream and then Null revealing months later he got Baldo e-mails and had no idea why.

It wasn’t just the farting dragon being sent to Rekieta on its own that made the clip so fucking hysterical. It was the fact that it happened at the very end of a 2 hour stream which Null, the original target of the (years-long) joke, just so happened to watch in its entirety without any prior knowledge of its appearance. Not to mention the odds that out of all the superchats to constantly forget and read out again, it was this one that caught Rekieta by surprise nine times over.

Absolute cosmic hilarity. If this had been written into a movie, I would’ve scoffed at the implausibility.

P.S. sorry for autistically explaining the joke :(

It wasn't always like this. I've only seen a few of his streams, but he's been more mentally nimble, lucid, charismatic in the past. There has been a recent and sharp decline. I won't say he was a great storyteller or joke teller before, but I would've believed he was capable of it. Whatever he thinks is joke telling now, definitely isn't. It's like seeing dementia.

To elaborate on this, /o/ is a "slow" board. If you post a thread on a fast board that's really popular, like /b/, /v/, /tv/, /pol/, it's normal for the user activity and post count to kill a thread in 18 hours or less. (There's a limit to how many active threads are on a board, and new threads push the oldest threads that are inactive off into oblivion or the archive, which lasts about a week if it hit the threshold to be kept. If you thread is really popular and gets the 500-750 posts that cause it to slide to the bottom of the activity list by default, but a medium length thread will last a day or two at most)

Slow boards, like Automotive or Animals & Nature or Toys or Origami have threads that last weeks. The activity is just way less, there's less viewers which means less likely to have reports filed, and the users are in general less likely to report odd or off-topic behavior because the novelty and activity outweigh the desire to have that user punished with a time-out on posting privileges. As long as you aren't abusing the thread and it's readers, and read the room a little on what off-topic shitposting you're doing, you can get away with crazy shit that wouldn't necessarily fly on other boards. Which is odd, because there are gay porn comics posted semi-regularly on /v/ which are considered 'board culture' as a form of hazing, where people discuss american adult comics where Pete the cat from Mickey Mouse boxing Tom from Tom & Jerry, where he suddenly shrinks and is eaten and shit out one go, or some human nephew fusing with and turning into his uncle's giant dick in a hot tub.

But damn if I can’t figure out the racism in saying that an Asian woman can’t double park a house in the Pacific Ocean. Seriously losing my shit trying to work that out.

I think that's as simple as "Asians can't drive" and adding in the misogyny that "women can't drive." The Pacific Ocean is just a large thing that you could theoretically "park" something in without touching anything, but I don't get the "house" aspect.

There was also a connection to Vietnamese donut shops, which I think he has mentioned before when pretending he grew up in the Houston ghetto. It's actually quite fascinating to see how a person's mental map can be nonsensically traversed under extreme influences.

Our Latinx brothers and sisters are actually usually gainfully employed and acquire surprising amounts of capital through various means by result of usually honest labor, while the in the African American community, even the least productive members are usually able to game the social safety net system to maximize profits, to say nothing of the myriad entrepreneurs that culture produces. Meanwhile even the troons who manage to scam social services usually blow their money on a combination of snake oil treatments and a level of consoomerism that would make the most status-conscious hood rat advise them to lay off the overpriced flashy crap.
