Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

On the bright side, her claim of 152kg (334.4 lbs) makes her the lightest she has ever been since she started her channel. During the Crackhead Olympics, she only got down to 336.

So when they drop her into her casket, at least she can claim some kind of weight-loss victory. Or, she can be dropped into her casket as a lying liar who lies.

Being obese and/or a diabetic pretty much makes any kind of injury or illness 3x worse so I don't doubt she feels like she's dying, but I can't say I think this is The End.™

Deathfats seem to always keep trucking for far longer than projected. But on the other hand, when they go, they go quick. I don't think we'll be treated to the same kind of content we got during Life by Jen's last days mainly because Salah will be unwilling to help her film. He will abandon her completely.

If you went back to 2020 and told Kiwis that Chantal would end up dying alone in a Kuwaiti hospital or fartbox I don't think anyone would've believed it. Reckon the city where they live has a morgue refrigerator big enough?

She's been praying and bargaining with Allah to save her from her debilitating, self inflicted illnesses and restore her to full health (after willingly eating all the fastfood in the deviant wEsTerN WoRlD and every hubcap of rice in the middle east) so she'll be fine. Muslim God loves a big, fat western sharmoot who swims and drowns herself in clothing that clings to her hideous body because it turns Muslim men off of sex and life on earth forever and they become voluntary human missiles hellbent on avoiding intercourse with that earthly monster and meeting the promised virgins in the afterlife.

OR. She's gonna die there with no feet, a weird flesh eating virus she caught in a smelly, moldy pool, and be buried unceremoniously in the 110 degree sand (shit's getting hot in Kuwait and temperatures show no sign of dropping below 106.)

Meh. She's sick and fat and I would not have sex with her.

As far as I know, only house calls available in Ontario is if you’re doing palliative care or home hospice and those are not on demand.

In a true emergency, you still have to go to hospital.

ETA: If she decided to try to fly back to Canada for free, (but next to inaccessible health care), might the airline refuse her boarding if she seems too sick?

If I were a gate attendant and could legally make that choice, I would because the complications of dealing with an acutely I’ll death fat on a plane, not to
mention getting her off said plane if she couldn’t walk is the stuff of nightmares.

I agree with Barbarella, and this is absolutely a case of Occam’s razor. Her kidneys are failing and/or suffering ketoacidosis.

We are truly blessed to bear witness to both Chantal’s and ALRs simultaneous impending medical crises. We’ve put up with the Kuwait/oklahoma arcs long enough and it’s sure paying off.
Kind of agree. Possibly UTI turned to kidney infection and IMO she is at some stage of kidney failure, hence the lemon sucking and eating, but only blueberries. Both recognized as helpful regarding kidney failure. She’s got her diabetes out of control and she’s dehydrated. She’s a medical mess.

Would they take her in the er (or whatever its called there) even if she didn't have any money?
Not without a guarantee of payment from a travel insurance company. Otherwise it’s pre-pay or go away. Pre-pay could be bank transfer from Schmee though. She probably has a choice right now if she’s really not great. Use her YouTube bucks for a hospital or fly home. Despite how backlogged the Canadian health system is, in her shoes I’d be heading home. At least she can be treated there in an emergency, or put down.

I am biased I will admit that. I'm talking very early Chantal and it is only because of familial similarity.
Mein Kerl, admitting you find People attractive because they look like your immediate relatives is not something you should do.
She’s struggling to get enough air in and she admits to wearing her CPAP 24/7 since developing symptoms. I think that’s something new from her. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
It's new to me also. It's difficult to search and sift through all the CPAP mentions in the Thread as there's hundreds; but a quick skim didn't seem to find any. I had a vague recollection of her wearing it at times during Livestreams in the Villa; but those seem to be her sleeping/getting ready for bed streams? Those were back in May, 2022.
It's definitely an interesting admission, I wonder how long she's been doing it to avoid admitting the true diminishing state of her Lungfunktion?
(BTW, you handled that call-out, harsh but true as it was, very gracefully. It was dumb people felt they had to white-knight you when you clearly handled it just fine yourself. Thank you very much for cutting down the personal-infos spaghetti-spilling while still continuing to make informative and interesting Posts!)

Medfags: CPAP is just positive Pressure to keep airways open, right? It isn't supplimental OX of any kind? I know that negative Pressure is often used to assist breathing as a stop gap before invasive ventilation, however I don't know the difference in what + and - pressures assist with. If this is a worsening of the typical deathfat inability to remove enough CO2 without breathing assistance, would CPAP while awake actually help her? Does the fact she's using it mean this is likely acute fluid/inflammation in the lungs?

Yes

No

I doubt she using it awake other than when laying in bed. She’s not getting out of bed is what she’s referring to about using it all the time. If she’s laying down then it is useful for keeping her airways open but that’s pretty much it.

Correct. CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Air Pressure. It is not supplying oxygen.

Edit: Ninja'd by I call shenanigans

Has she mentioned her asthma inhaler while in Kuwait?

I am laughing my ass off imagining the Kuwaiti Ministry Of Health officials breaking into the seaside fartbox, all wearing protective gear, because Fatty McBoomBoom claimed she is in Kuwait dying of MERS.

Doesn't matter if Chantal has actually has MERS or not, the fact that she is claiming she has it, and there is evidence of her exchanging fluids with a camel...that is probably enough to cause health officials to detain Chantal, Salah, and maybe quarantine anyone who came in contact with them. Lock down the building!

Oh please let Chantal's' big mouth and her ability to broadcast bullshit bite her in the enormous ass.

So the 5th richest country in the world would let a critically ill person die right there in the emergency room because they can't afford to pay? I have absolutely no knowledge of the Kuwait healthcare system, so I'm not disputing you. Just surprised that the government would have such a policy and that physicians and nurses would go along with it.

Airlines absolutely can and will refuse to board someone visibly ill.

The last thing they want is a medical emergency mid-flight that grounds them somewhere en-route.

If someone appears too ill to successfully survive the length of the flight, they won’t be allowed on the plane.

Your questions have been answered.

CPaP is continuous positive airway pressure, and nothing to help with airways or oxygenation due to respiratory distress. It’s not the same as non-invasive ventilation (NIV, or BiPap) which alternates pressure during respiration/expiration.

CPaP is used when sleeping because the airway becomes obstructed by the anatomy of the head and neck. Even awake, someone with severe obstructive sleep apnea will have their airway obstructed while they are lying down. So if she’s lying in bed all day, pappy is keeping her airway open. If she was to sit up it wouldn’t be useful.

Hokay, which option for Cutie (MERS, pool ick, maybe something she ate that was dodgy) might give her a face rash?
Because I don't think mere illness would keep the prettiest Gorl World fatfluencer off camera, narrating her sad tale of woe. She'd be in front of the camera, letting us all admire her charms as she regaled us with her misery.

But if she's got some yucky looking rash, gnarly spotty stuff, or anything that messes up her fresh, creamy visage.....then I could see her doing the black screen thing, and emoting dramatically about how ill she is (insert dainty cough here.)

Eventually, she'll leave us for the full service nashie buffet in the great beyond. I don't think it's happening this time, guys. She wouldn't put off a chance to ER beeze if she was truly ill, no matter how puny her monthly YouTube check might be.

I am biased I will admit that. I'm talking very early Chantal and it is only because of familial similarity. Nowadays, and for a long while now, if it were a cartoon the mirrors would shatter.
It's never a popular opinion, but I also think Chantal had the potential to look decently pretty once. In her old pictures, like early 20s, her features were fine. She was just fat. If she had taken care of herself, she could have been pretty.

HOWEVER

No matter how skinny or hot she could have potential been, she'd still wind up like the first example here.

She was average pretty at best in her younger years. And that is being very generous.

Even by skinny standards.

I agree with FFG that the "I'm the prettiest girl in the world and every other girl must just be jealous of me" came from Smee.

No way these two people are even related. She has even admitted she doesn't recognize herself without the filters.

It'll be too bad if she dies off camera because she was too sick to stream
When she finally succumbs to the beetuz, I have no doubt it'll be like Lowtax, unfulfilling and off-camera after everything we've had to live through these many a years. We've all literally felt more worried about her failing health then she has ever cared about in her last decade.

(What a most beautiful huzband, though. Most definitely we're all jealous and it was definitely worth it)

I believe she's sick simply because she's expending energy bargaining with God. Before she disappeared, she said she had a kidney infection and the symptoms she's describing sound like it's out of control, and like Barbarella said, she's going septic.
Old Chantal would've made this a weeks worth of content of her going back and forth to the hospital, appointments, etc.
Sure, but that's when her health care was ""free"" and she felt entitled to abuse it. Now she has to actually pay for it.
