Can someone with better legalese explain what the charges mean more specifically?

Basically what it says on the tin. Drug charges for possession of a controlled substance and gun charges for unlawful possession of firearms due to being an unlawful user of a controlled substance. Felony for the drug possession, gross misdemeanor for the gun possession.

It is very likely the police were called to the house, and they found the drugs and guns.
