The drug possession is another 5 years potentially, and they could very easily add aggravating charges since minor children were present.

This thread is going too fast to follow, but the nature of the charges and the fact that all three were arrested at the same time makes me think that they got a visit from the local PD at his house.

Looks like Balldo and April were arrested at approximately the same time, then Kayla about and hour and a half later. Visit to the house could fit this timeline.

It'd be great if something Balldo or April said during their encounter with the police lead to Kayla's arrest, wouldn't it?
