Considering the amount of drugs they seem to have had on them at time of arrest and how fucked Nick has been I'm having trouble being upset that a "Snitch" called the police on him. Long-term the children are better off not surrounded by degenerate drug addicts who cant go one day without getting blackout drunk and snorting shit. Not to mention the weird sex shit.

Every smoothbrain in this thread is acting like he's going to get a harsher sentence because he's white. He's has generational wealth and that overrides everything. I do agree that he may have rubbed enough people the wrong way to get a more heavy-handed sentence than he normally would though.

A general drug possession charge which could be of any Schedule, 1-4, particularly as specified under Minnesota law:
Minnesota State Statutes 152.025 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CRIME IN THE FIFTH DEGREE. said:
Subd. 2. Possession and other crimes. A person is guilty of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree and upon conviction may be sentenced as provided in subdivision 4 if:
(1) the person unlawfully possesses one or more mixtures containing a controlled substance classified in Schedule I, II, III, or IV, except cannabis[...]

The second charge is for possession of a firearm while also possessing a controlled substance:

TL;DR: Rekieta is looking at possibly a felony (5th degree drug possession) or a gross misdemeanor, and another gross misdemeanor (gun charge). Conviction of felony Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree would lead to prohibition of his gun rights, among other things.
