IANAL but even if he doesn't get disbarred and manages to avoid prison, I think he'll become uninsurable over this.

Paging @AnOminous to provide his expertise.
I think it has a lot to do with how plea bargaining works out for Nick, or if he goes full retard and insists on a trial where the mere fact of possession of firearms and drugs at the same time is an issue. That's potentially a federal issue, too. He could in theory be prosecuted by both authorities.

If he cops a firearms charge, disbarment is a very real possibility and the very least he'd get is suspended.

If he just cops a minor first offense for drugs, it probably gets diverted to some non-jail alternative. It also depends to some extent on how serious the drugs involved are. Cocaine/fent or some combo is pretty bad, heroin is about the same level, MDMA and marijuana being often treated somewhat less seriously.

In that event, while the bar would certainly take notice, I would expect the result would be more suspension until he completed rehab or psychological counseling of some sort, as well as some public discipline, not just a private chastisement.

It really depends how hard the prosecutor wants to go after it, and whether there's anything questionable about how they obtained the evidence they'd need to use. If there's some exclusionary rule thing conceivably he could get off scot-free or at least plead the drug thing to some diversionary program. That's assuming the much more serious gun charges are in there to coerce a plea to the relatively minor possession charge, and that the prosecution isn't going to be a real hard charger on it. It's entirely possible the prosecutor hates his guts and has had to deal with this asshole personally and is gunning for him.

So as for jail or a max prison sentence and a felony conviction? Ordinarily the answer would be probably not, or something nominal.

As for bar discipline, though? He's pretty fucked even in the best case scenario. It's not like he practices anyway and in his current pathetic state he's incompetent to even handle a traffic ticket, as he's demonstrated.

Dick and Vito are streaming! Dick has officially turned!
When someone is no longer useful, and/or there's no possible spin anymore, he acts like that person is simply a joke to laugh at.

He'll do this to somebody else next. It's a matter of when.

In no way am I blaming Dax for Rekieta's terrible judgement and decision making though, that is all on him.

This was my first thought. Nick and April said nothing, got arrested and booked. Kayla was probably a weeping mess, pulled aside alone and spilled her spaghetti about the alcoholism, drugs, her trying to stop the spiral, how much she really loves Jesus, muh kids, boo-hoo hoo, etc…
Any good lawyer will tell you when you get arrested
Say, I refuse to talk until I speak to an attorney, invoke your right to silence, then shut the fuck up.

THE MEDALLION. YOU PUT IT ON. WE CAME.

Nicks black eye seems more prominent from the top of the eye rather than the bottom so I think he just bonked his head on the toilet bowl while he was tumbling around rather than Kayla giving him a punch in the face.
Nah, Kayla just used the high ground and made a downward punch after jumping from the top of the stairs

Aaron keeps saying "Kiwi Farms called the police" as if we're a singular entity.
I've been saying he's the one who called the cops. This all but fucking seals it. He's 100% was the one who did it. He's lying and is trying to use us as a patsy. What a fucking snake. Nick's a piece of shit but never forget Aaron is just as much of a fucking cuckold.

Have you ever watched the sun go down?
And you're thinking 'bout the world spinning 'round
Have you ever been high as fuck?

So without power leveling too much I can basically tell you guys what happened if it was a welfare check:

The cops had enough complaints or a valid enough complaint to where they went to the address and they did this at 10:00 a.m. because rackets home schools as kids so everyone was expected to be home.

Druggie April answers the door high as fuck gets arrested initially rackets comes or is summoned by the cops to speak to them they arrest him because he's high as a kite then they have to go find lady rackets because she's hiding in the house somewhere or out and abroad high as a kite.

Now they have a weird situation: a house full of kids and at least two adults at home too high to be trusted to do anything. They want to know how these people got that high so they obtain a search warrant on that alone: or they saw something so blatant that they were able to gain entry. In some states none of this matters and because they caught the one parent high and had nobody else sober at home watching the kids they could charge the parent that's out and about with negligence/contrib delinq. minor as well. This is going to get really nasty for them with family child services regardless of whether they were the ones that initiated the welfare check.

Lastly it only matters in what state you're in if you get caught with drugs in a gun based on how bad they're going to fuck you. some states will be okay with you being high in the general vicinity of a gun if you haven't touched it. Some states use that as a modifier to ruin your entire fucking life forever forever. One thing is certain in regards to all of this: rackets will never own a firearm ever again.

Also take note of the picture in his mugshot That's the picture of a man that didn't learn a fucking thing and his wife is obviously so high she doesn't know what day it is. April looks like going to jail is something she totally expected to happen in the long run.
