A mandatory report is a lot more serious than someone from the internet or even a singular ex-friend. Enough people have to see it to escalate it within the organization and it has to be evident enough to be pretty much clear child abuse. It’s attached to your work and not something willy nilly.

I thought the people concerned about the kids were overreacting, but I was totally wrong. There’s some bad shit going on in that house.
At the point where the mother and father are inviting in a live in sex slave, it's fucked, completely fucked. It demonstrates a complete disregard for the wellbeing of their kids, on favour of fucking around with some thot.

You can just assume that the alcohol, drugs and sex are their main concern. Responsibility to their children will be a distant second.

It was a mandatory reporter, so undoubtedly a kid mentioned something to an adult with a legal obligation to report. Based on the timeline, the report coming on the 16th and the kids going to church the 15th it makes sense to be someone from church.
It's sad because the kid probably went to their priest for help, thinking the priest is not allowed to share what they tell him and being the person the kids trust the most outside of mom and dad, probably afraid of this exact thing happening if they tell anyone else and then the priest has to file a mandatory report... I mean it's for the best for them but that really sucks and they probably feel like they can't confide in anyone now. Kids don't want their parents to get in trouble or to be removed from their parents home. It's all a very tragic situation.

What a surprise, both April and Nick were adamant that they "never changed".

Stasis is a narcissists best friend. This is a key defining feature of narcissism and borderline pathology. A narcissist will cling to the same identity in their 40s as it was in their 30s.

If you're in stasis, your life is always getting worse. Sisyphus' boulder is always rolling back down the hill, and it's always a different hill each time.

Sorry if late, but:
The report says it was called in at 0839. That's a school; those are arriving-at-school hours. That's a "a kid turned up visibly injured or very distressed" call by a headteacher.
The kids are homeschooled somehow. Unless they recently started going to in-person school, which wouldn't shock me at all. That would give the Rackets more alone time to wallow in degeneracy. If they are part of a homeschooling group then I could see a teacher calling it in.

Maybe the older one(s) begged to go to public school and they agreed?

The daily calendar has updated and Nick, Kayla, and April are not on it as of the timestamp 5/24/2024 at 5:59 AM (presumably CST).
It took Balldo being locked into a cell for you to come back. Speak about a good trade.
Welcome back!

"Once this thread gets to page 4000, I's be free!"
Pictured is Drexel trekking to Balldo's compound to celebrate the 18th birthday of Balldo's oldest child.
He brought a sack full of "goodies".

My thoughts on the situation:

Aaron called it in, or caused someone else to called it in for him. I highly doubt anyone here would do something so drastic with zero reason for personal involvement. That dude lies through his teeth and is way to petty and vindictive to let this situation go unresolved after the cokestream. He's enjoying this way too much to not be involved.
Also if people here had issue with his drug use, wouldn't we have called this in before now, or at least attempted to fuck with him in some way? We've had reasonable suspicion that he's an addict for over a year now, it's incredibly sussy that the arrest coincided with Aaron getting cucked.

This is why I think it wasn't Aaron directly but his divorce lawyer. He said when he was streaming the other night going over the omega drunk stream BJ/fap clips that he sent them all to his divorce lawyer. I wasn't sure exactly why he did that, but maybe this was it. I would not be surprised if he didn't call it in but his lawyer followed up with the police and contacted CPS or whatever. I can't stand listening to this guy talk so I'm not gonna go find exactly where he said it but it was in that stream somewhere.

Completely wrong. CPS via the incident report.

Also people blaming everyone around Nick are totally clueless about addiction. You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. Short of an arrest, nothing would have stopped him, and maybe this won't even be enough. If not Aaron's lawyer (who I think is the most likely), i'd sooner believe one of the kids or another family member called the cops, and that was not an easy call to make. That stream was very likely the last straw for somebody, but it's just unclear who. You can have all the love, support, fame, wealth, family, friends, good influences---it doesn't matter. None of it stands a chance against blowing out your dopamine receptors, and family can only do so much. The only language that some addicts understand is consequences, and even then it's no guarantee.

You're missing members of the clergy.

It's technically unconstitutional and has been challenged by the LDS, but in MN clergy are still mandatory reporters when they learn of child abuse through ministerial duties.
I lean towards clergy, considering the Thursday arrest follows Wednesday church. Nick isn't shy about sharing how much he dislikes the people there, which he probably doesn't hide very well. Combine a hostile attitude with his visible decline in appearance and that he's probably usually hungover when he goes there, and it's reasonable that he'd be on people's radar at the church. Odds are, one of the younger kids said something that raised concerns without realizing it. Not a deliberate report, just something about mommy and daddy fighting, or daddy doing nose candy, or something like that. Cops roll up the next morning, they find drugs, they find out Nick's a firearm owner, and mommy and daddy go to jail. It fucking sucks, because it's one of those things that can all be avoided by simply not doing degen shit. No drugs, no problem.

What would happen if null wore the sonichu medallion
He'd either destroy the farms and then commit seppuku from troll's remorse, or he'd turn it into his own hugbox and rant about how he wants metokur to die to the 4 people who stick around and use the site

Odds on Jeremy following this thread all night? You were full of it when you said it's not that bad yesterday, Nick's cooked.

It's bleeding into twitter as I fucked up a few posts back, hamburger is sektur adjacent and has been begging Jim to go on his stream a few times, he's given null some time with his news site so it's not easy to say but he probably does.

On the divorce rape thing, I think it might not actually happen.
for one, does Kayla have many options. She had five kids, possible felony convictions, she’s blown the fuck out.
for two, she doesn’t have any qualifications, she doesn’t have a job and hasn’t had one in years.
theres also the thing some women have where they stick with their man even if he’s a degenerate even if he puts the kids in danger. Kayla did, her husband was doing drugs, taking her to swinger bars, pining after mandy the tranny.
kayla has five kids and not once did she stage an intervention or threaten to leave with the kids if Nick doesn’t clean up his act.
i think there’s a good chance she stays with him all things said.

Nick has said they attend public school for certain activities and possibly some lessons

He's not in jail anymore.
Unless you have some new info, they have not had a bail hearing yet.

According to Aaron, Nick's homeschooling group is apparently related to the church, and they "asked" Nick to stop teaching because of the content of his streams. So that would indicate that they are aware of his downward spiral, at least to a certain extent.

What do you guys think even happened that made it get to a mandatory reporter? I wonder is a member of the clergy saw his streams or something, because I can’t imagine one of his kids being like “yeah my dad is drunk all the time etc etc”. It’s a possibility though
The church has been concerned about Nick for a while. I forget when exactly it was, but they had some kind of intervention for him that pissed him off. Kids sometimes say shit. Maybe they noticed the kids getting skinnier. Maybe they went for a doctor's appointment or had to go into the public school for an eval. Someone who only sees them a few times a year and saw drastic weightloss or something minor roused their suspicion and one of the kids let slip their parents are doing drugs around them when questioned. Aaron said they do, but did not clarify what or how. So, it may not have been snorting rails off the kitchen table, but maybe how their parents sleep or all time or have sudden mood changes and get angry.

maybe the kids were at some church youth group, and one of the supervisors overheard them talk about incriminating shit
>daddy drinks all the time
>mommy sleeps all day and night
>daddys new girlfriend lives with us now
>i saw a pile of white powder on daddys nightstand and when i tasted it my tongue went numb
if this happens it'll raise enough eyebrows to potentially trigger a call like that

According to the police report the inciting statement was made on the 16th so bizzarely, the fact that he had a 3 hour shitfest cokestream yesterday seems to be a coincidence.

That stream was after the 16th though, wasn't it? So it could not have been that.

There's also extreme irony in Nick allegedly abusing or at least neglecting his children considering what he defamed monte over. Turns out, he is a bigger threat to kids than that weirdo.

They are a part of a home school coop that has other families in it. A parent might have seen the absolutely fried Rekieta stream and asked the kids about it.
