cowtipping is interacting with the cow. this is just logging into a livestream.
The lasst thing I want is another DSP thing where the court gets so overloaded with bs from outside they just disregard most of it and end up being more sympathetic than the otherwise would
is it cowtipping to watch bossman jack live?
A lot of the time yes. It likely would count.

Mandatory minimums + fed charges + losing kids + losing law licenses. He is irreparably fucked. What are the chances he offs himself during a withdrawal?
Cops took his guns. So that forestalls the easy way out.

I don't know that Nick is bright enough or brave/manly enough for anything else that actually works. He's an attention seeking pussy. I have visions of him dropping a toaster into the hot tub, unplugged.

Isn't it the case that this is just a listen in thing? Only worry I have is that there will be so many of us it will hit limits.

They were being sarcastic. Everyone has but Dax Herrera aka Dick Masterson. Us, Null, Lawtube, his church, etc. The list goes on. Nick has to want to change to change. People talk about finding rock bottom, but Sean used a saying last night I like a lot: there is no rock bottom, you just choose when to put the shovel down.

My bad then. I have known addicts so yeah this definitely ain't rock bottom lmao. It can get a lot worse. Once he starts shooting up cocaine and he's destroying all his veins, shooting eggs into his skin so he is forced to shoot in his neck or groin. That's closer to rock bottom. He's not there yet.

This post lines up perfectly with your incel rage post in another thread, and that was a trainwreck.

Nick Rekieta is a grown man, and is responsible for his own life and his own choices. It's already well known Kayla is a hoe and bad mother, and who here is claiming her to be an innocent victim? NOBODY.

I am not saying he is not responsible for his own actions. I just do NOT want this woman to get off and pretend that she is an innocent victim in all of this. You are right I have an incel bias. I am perfectly honest in this bias. I am justified in having it by how they have treated me. I agree with you. I just wanted to remind everyone of the Farran Balanced leaks to show that it was Kayla who wanted to open the relationship up and start swinging and fucking other men. It wasn't Nick. The sexual degeneracy was started by Kayla but yes Nick went along with it. Kinda like the story of Adam and Eve.

I’ve been thinking about how he recovers from this (or if it’s even possible). It could be really tough depending on how things shake out.

Does he catch a serious/felony charge and do quite a bit of time?

Does he lose his law license?

Do his A-logs forget about him over time?

A lot of these make him unemployable in a traditional sense, and if he loses his law license then he is up a creek. I have no idea how one recovers from that. I guess he will just stream more but who the fuck except the biggest Nicksuckers would still watch and donate? I also think if he does this there will be a hurricane of comments in his chat that remind everyone about his child neglect and that he’s a piece of shit.
Why would losing his law license even matter at this point? He hasn't been a practicing lawyer for years now. Unless his trust fund has some really absurd clauses in it, he could stop earning money from social media shit tomorrow and not have to do a damned thing for the rest of his life and be fine. Do you really think after the past 5 years of Rackets on social media that any law firm that wasn't some bottom of the barrel ambulance chaser shit show would want to hire this guy? His employment prospects are fucked anyway, he has no career as a lawyer, and he's never needed to.

He's in his 40s. What grown ass married adult with multiple kids in their 40s could have gone to law school, gotten a degree, not needed to bother with more than a couple cases before deciding "fuck it, I'd rather ramble into a camera instead", has a house, etc. could afford this shit with no career unless they had a parachute provided by their family? Come on.

You're forgetting everything that happened in between then and now. He was mocked so badly from the Aim Aim Aim stream that he spent a year driving for Uber, then built his way back up with a mildly successful gaming content farm, then agreed to work for Ralph again (After getting in to a domestic with him in Miami was arguably the reason he did Aim Aim Aim to begin with), then he blew that up to stream with PPP.

It amazes me how many people like to grandstand over Kino Casino fucking with them when most of the their big cows spent years giving him shit for Aim Aim Aim, Rekieta included.
Ralph, Warski, PPP, Masterson, Nick, Other Nick, Vic, Quarterpounder....

Does anyone else get bewildered by the Sektur's laundry list of characters to keep straight?

Lmao, Andy being our stuttering Keyser Söze is one hell of a plot twist.
Warski is leaving the investigater's room when the officer starts looking at the walls. He hears Warski's voice come in, "he was snorting tons of coke!" The officer sees a vintage Coca-Cola wall hanging in his office. "They were swingers and would swing with other parents!" The officer sees a playground through the window, couples pushing their children on the swings. "Rekieta was trying to get him to sweep the thread!" The officer spots the broom resting against the filing cabinet in the corner. "He was doing Molly and flirting with Mandy!" The officer finally sees Molly Ringwald on the black and white TV, fluttering between re-runs of Mork & Mindy. "That son of a bitch Warski..." He bolts out of his office, but Andy is already gone, nowhere to be seen.

Can't help but feel bad for this guy. I don't know much about Aaron but it at least sounds like he tries to do right by his kids and has a pretty open relationship with his ex-wife. I would have called the cops once I saw the drugs, but I get it's a hard position to be in.
see this is why i don't think kayla is as guilty as everyone is putting on. I think nick is a manipulative worm that coerced her to do all this shit, even the creepy sex stuff. she probably had good intentions at the start (keeping her husband happy and entertained) but got sucked into nick's little gross world.

Well if I'm not wrong about things, and I'm usually pretty good with predictions, Nick and Kayla will be in a vicious legal battle for victimhood. She's gonna try to get off on being a manipulated mother, and Nick well...he has the truth to reflect on. Being a literal cuck and swinging was probably what finally broke him. The photo of them naked was probably Nick thinking by letting her bone other dudes (or women) he finally fixed his marriage. Only to realize that their problems didn't go away once they got home.

What was happening on the 16th? Was that soon after his kid's confirmation or whatever that was?

EDIT: looking back, it's right around when Aaron came clean about his divorce. I still think the more likely situation is that Aaron was talking to his friend in CPS and that's who the mandated reporter is

Mandated reporting only applies when you hear something or see something when you are doing your job. I am a mandated reporter. When I hear about child abuse/dependent adult abuse while I am doing my job, I have to report. If I am watching a Nick stream that is not my job - I can report but am not mandated to do so.

Does anyone know if a jail will actually do that to prevent deaths?
I know from direct personal experience that jailers do not give drunks in their custody more to drink so they don't die from alcoholic withdrawal. Authorities will, however, provide emergency medical care if a drunk strokes out, bleeds out, or their heart gives out.

I mention bleeding out as an alcohol-related cause of death because chronic alcohol abuse over time causes arterial walls to thin out while blood pressure ramps up. This can cause blood to burst through the arterial wall so the alcoholic will either start bleeding out internally via the aorta, which often goes unnoticed until the alcoholic's heart seizes, or externally via the carotid, which is an incredibly messy and spectacular way to go since the rushing blood usually jets from the neck, creating its own little fountain.

Rekieta's haggard and emaciated appearance, while shocking when compared to his reasonably healthy physical state even a year ago, doesn't look to me like a chronic drunk in the terminal stages of alcoholism. I'm guessing he might have the shakes, along with the usual mental obsession and physical cravings, but that's about it.

The caveat here is I'm a recovering drunk, not a doctor. I've been through this shit. I've lost too many friends to count to this shit. Sobering up in a drunk tank the morning after is among the worst experiences in the world.
