She would have to disown him, go through treatment, claim she was a new person and initiate the divorce to get away from the ruin Nick brought to her life.

There will usually be alot of sympathy for a woman even in this situation and none for the man. Nick turned his family home into a drug house. There are children involved. If there is an outcome through the divorce courts to some sort of better future for the children, they will tend to lean in that direction.

The only time I ever seen moms lose custody of their kids is a drug charge or domestic violence against the child themselves. One judge let this woman do all sorts of crazy shit until she tested positive for fentanyl and he freaked out and gave the kid to the dad and didn’t give a fuck the dad withheld the kid from the mom despite the hearing being for contempt over that. And drug addict parents are a danger to their children: they can’t make good decisions, they are dangerous to be driving, and might expose their children to those drugs. Fentanyl seems to be in all sorts of drugs now and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick and Kayla look like this because they were exposed to it.

Fentanyl is probably one of the worst things you could get caught with at this point. Very potent and can easily become a danger if it gets into anything that might be ingested by the kid. There's also a widespread belief among first responders that you can get a contact toxicity just by touching someone who has taken it - not actually true but sounds scary.

While a repeat of what happened on the DSP bankruptcy call wouldn't be ideal, it would be so damn funny.

The phone line floods with people listening right when his hearing starts. It was funny in 2020 with DSP, and it would be funny again now.

It would also be coming full circle - Nick and the Kiwis reviewed said DSP call/hearing the first time, and now years later we would be reviewing HIS hearing.
