How do they enforce "no possession of firearms" part of his release? If he owns guns, does he have to store them outside the home? Or does that mean not carrying and having them on his person, they can stay in his gun safe?
By showing up at random for the usual drug test and throwing you immediately in prison if they search and find one.

They don't even need probable cause to toss your shit.

For those in the thread who aren't degenerate addicts, to answer Metokur's question:
Weed+Booze (aka crossfading) = total paralytic dysfunction the higher you get, definitely can't stream, even if it's a drunken rant
Coke+Booze = each substance counters the other's negatives, you can pretend to be semi-functional for WAY longer and even when you've descended into the state we saw Nick in during the pillstream, he probably still thought he was killing it.

The best part is that he looked both ways during the hearing but seemed to settle on evil ceiling cat.

They did say 25g or more right?

I certainly never did any drugs ever but I know 25g is a massive amount for a user to have on hand(the law agrees).

I cannot believe how thoroughly Nick has destroyed his life.
25g is like an ounce. 20 years ago when I encountered this kind of stuff, 1g was like $50. Or $20 if it was meth.

This is why you fuck up when you’re young and not as a midlife crisis. You can’t face 25 years of the amount of coke you can afford working at McDonald’s. It takes stupid ostentation to get yourself in that much trouble.

Also if you’re going for larger amounts, like “intent to distribute” kinds of amounts, you’re not getting it from a white dude. Nick had to know Mexicans.

He also thought he was god to have that kind of shit laying around without some plan to get rid of it. Like wtf. Even in your house, how would you have shit like that laying around while you just cucked a guy

Oh thank GOD, 25 grams of mere prescription amphetamines are NOTHING.

I thought Nick had a legal problem for a minute there.
For those unaware, prescription meth usually tops out at 60-70mg per day. Highest instant release Adderall is 40mg IIRC

Even though we know it was the nose candy.

Over 25 grams of cocaine OR meth lol

Fuck all these lawtube faggots.

Especially Uncivil Law and Branca.

They rode Nick's coat tails and used
him for clout for months and years while Nick's kids suffered.

Now these faggots like Uncivil Law are clutching their pearls about the word 'nigger' and talking about how much they care about Nick and his family.

These people are total pieces of shit.
Which would be fine but Branca said he wasn’t going to talk about it anymore and immediately did. That’s scummy.

What happened with his sovereign citizen sounding shit when he was like “the 50k is violating the 8th amendment blah blah”. The did the Judge just ignore it and say “it’s 50k”, and what DID Nick mean by that, does that ever work or was he just trying to be an epic lolbert.
Nick Is representing himself, judge asked him if he contests terms of arraignment, nick said yeah he contests 50 grand bail over some code, Judge ignored him, and in a mild fuck you to rekieta for daring to contest anything forfeit arraignment or sentencing via remote.

It's really rare, but actually you can, generally only under direct medical supervision, for some surgeries and dental procedures.
Bingo. PL: I had it last year for an invasive procedure. It wasn't really fun, and it was in a green liquid form, looked like ectoplasm and tasted like bile. Very grateful for my handy emesis bag.

This seems like Aaron Imholte aka Steel Toe Morning Show is confirming he told his therapist about the drugs knowing the therapist was a mandatory reporter.

Okay, some context. Therapists in most states can only make a report if they know the full names of the people involved and where they live. So Aaron would have had to give that information to his therapist in order for them to make the report. Therapists generally try to not make reports when possible because in most cases, CPS just makes things worse. They'll be very clear on how much a client can say before a report is made (ie. don't say the words domestic violence unless you really want a report). So there would have had to be a conversation with the therapist about if he wants them to report it, because they won't make the report without the full info (they can, but CPS will just laugh at you unless the family is already in the system).

Drex has a very combative ex, with whom he gets occasional custody of the daughter. Drex hasn't been around in 1-2 years. I wonder if Drex saw the drug usage and bailed?
Not looking it up, but it was around 1 year IIRC.

Problem is that it was also around the time of the "shower call" and the quantity of the discussion around the Drexel controversy ramping up dramatically.
