There's four children at home because the oldest is at school. That's the timeline. He took (or someone took) C. Rekieta to school. A complaint was called in by the school when C. Rekieta was dropped off. The police went to his home, where the remaining child were.
The complaint was from 5/16. A mandatory reported came in and reported child neglect in person a week before police came to the house to, presumably, execute a warrant. Nick better hope they fucked up the warrant or some dumb shit. Eldest was just at school on a weekday.

It
Hello friends.

It has come time to reveal my power level in relation to this specifically.

I am a prosecutor. I will not say where but I have prosecuted 1> Lolcow that has a thread on this forum.

I want to clarify a few things about what happened today.

1. Bond

The bond is set at $50,000, he can pay a bondsman 5k and be out. What he cannot do is Drink or do drugs or possess firearms. Those are all terms of bond. Even if he pays 50k he will not be able to do that. The terms of him being out of custody for the duration of the case are as the judge stated terms of bond.

2. Sentencing

What the judge did today was read off the potential maximum sentences for each charge. That does not mean he will actually do those, probably far less given lack of criminal history and a plea bargain.
I don't know what that looks like, I am not familiar with Minnesota law and what their plea bargains to similar offenses look like, but I would be expecting a long period of being on Probation or possibly some jail time.

3. Proceeding Pro Se.

I don't know how it works in that JX, it may be that initial arraignments, even in custody do not have a public defender assigned. In my jx you get a PD on first hearing if you're in custody pretty much no matter what.

If Nick waived that, he's an idiot, he's barely a lawyer and more importantly he is not an expert in criminal defense. Him thinking he can represent the other two is outright retarded.

Ok bye.
isn’t technically an arraignment. Felonies apparently are treated different from misdemeanors in the state . So he could have had an arraignment where he plead on the misdemeanor but he had the option to have the misdemeanor moved up to be plead at same time as felony in august.

I’m not sure why they do this

>Hide behind his kids
>Refuse to let the cops in
>Cops batter the door down with your little kids behind it
>Gun under his K-hole mattress
>"SIG"
>A balldo of cocaine
>Flakka, Jenkem, Bath Salts or some other synthetic garbage
>Cooking crack pans
>Multiple scales and other druggie tools

Please let there be a prosecutor man enough to throw the book at this nigga.

Here is the order for detention, which includes the statement of probable cause. Backs up eveything in the news article. There is no way in hell theyre getting the kids backs.

Nick has been told to abstain from alcohol but can’t that actually kill since he’s a pretty heavy duty alcoholic?

Shouldn’t he been weaned off alcohol under medical supervision?
Yes. Not weaned, just detoxed.

Alcohol detox can kill. It is, to the surprise of many, one of the worst kicks possible. Only benzos compare.

I'd expect him to get a script for librium, Valium, or some other long acting benzo. He was looking pretty shakey at arraignment, which could be the DTs.

Its enough to make you legit MATI. Luckily he is representing them so their pretty much destined for the Death Penalty.

To abstain without prescription. He could get a prescription, but he'd have to check himself into the hospital with DT's and be diagnosed I assume. No way he takes that hit to ego like that. He gonna relapse or die.
They're giving Vodka Prescriptions to the Homeless in Los Angeles and other Shitholes. After Nick loses everything, he should seriously consider LA!

Idk if its reported yet but LE family member with access to information said they rammed down Nick's door. For refusing to open it.

They found 8 ketamine tablets, small baggies of coke, a Sig AR15 with mags and loose ammo under his bed, and multiple other firearms in the garage.

They also noticed sores on his arms common with heavy drug use.

Not to PL too much but I got popped by cops with some weed when I was 17/18. It was so minor I ended up getting everything dropped and expunged after a few months of unsupervised probation, but even that was a humiliating nightmare. Spending but a night in holding was enough to scare me straight as a kid

This is beyond a wakeup call, this is a life ruining event that will either push nick over the fucking cliff or turn him into a straight edge to end all straight edges.
No offense, but you seem to be under the mistaken impression that Nick still has enough cognitive ability left to be scared straight and mentally process consequences as opposed to him demonstrably being a narcissistic drug/alcohol addict with ODD and a completely pickled brain trapped in a hedonistic midlife crisis and an unstoppable downward spiral that has gone on for like a year or more at this point.

The judge is gonna be like "No drugs. No alcohol. No nothing. If he dies, he dies."
