Eh, if there is one thing I have learned about Lolcows it’s that they very rarely get serious consequences for their behavior. Chris had to literally rape his mom to face jail time— and that was someone who assaulted another person with their vehicle.

First time offender? I bet he gets off pretty light. I’m no law Kiwi though.
I take into account that he has pissed off every judge in his district and April wil be turning on them and getting her own lawyer.

I’ve certainly been wrong before and I’ll be wrong again. It’s fun to speculate though and I’ll be keeping my eyes glued to this case.

Holy shit they broke his door down to raid the place when he wouldn't let them in. This shit is wild it's SO MUCH worse than I assumed.

It doesn't list what firearms they had, so that's sort of a bullshit charge if it was in a gun safe. There's no way Nick just leaves firearms out and about, right?...
The AR was under the bed so no, there was plenty loose to hang him with.

Having to knock down the door, etc: It's worse than I thought too.

Sean was going over it on stream with some guests. Nick saying April was just visiting and doesn't live there saved her from a straight possession charge.
Does this mean someone telling the prosecutor he was lying and she WAS living there will fuck her over? I mean, having your wife in jail on drug charges might be helpful in say, a divorce.

If you don't object, you can't appeal.

Nick is dumb enough to pro se appeal his bail amount.
Except he didn't even do this correctly. In order to challenge bail as excessive, you have to file a motion for bail reduction, and then if that is denied, then you can appeal. Stack v. Boyle, 342 U.S. 1 (1951).

Even if he did, the appeal would start right now, and the issue of bail amount would be decided before the case proceeded any further.

So he was just being an ornery little shit

Was he consuming enough to get the really bad withdrawal effects? I thought you had to be consuming 30+ drinks/day for somebody his size and those people were basically never sober. I don't know, I'm asking.

Rekieta definitely seemed to be a daily drinker so he'll have withdrawals yes. How bad they might be, who knows. But it seems like he was also addicted to coke at the very least. I would have to imagine that withdrawing from alcohol and other substances simultaneously is not fun.

What's the stereotypical white trash beer since bud light became the gay beer? I predict that Nick is gonna burn through all his money and have to stop buying fancy liquor.

They're both still in custody. Can they make arrangements for themselves from jail? I don't think so, I only know that you usually have to get a hold of someone on the outside to set a bondsman up, and seeing as how he balked at the amount I'm wondering if his parents cut him off. Maybe get a cash advance on the credit cards found in the safe lmao. I'm wondering if his kin is embarrassed enough by him to make some calls to local bondsmen asking them to deny his requests. They don't HAVE to sign for him.
It just takes time, you can call a bondsman in the middle of the night and be out quickly for something like a DUI, but since he has pre-trial probation, his probation officer probably won't let them be released until things like are the kids secure or is all the booze removed from the house before he gives the jail the OK to release them.

What does this even mean
Vito's an idiot that Dick Masterson is grooming to be the next idiot he livestreams the downfall of after enabling and growing him to a certain extent. Vito comes on streams and clout chases in other streams' chats until they bring him on to prop up his brand. He's saying "since Vito's in the chat and Sean won't ban him, I (and others) stopped watching."

Was wondering when one of these would be made.
The juxtaposition is depressing

and hilarious

So have we finally confirmed that Aaron was directly involved in getting the cops out?
