Basically. They cannot drink, or take any mood-altering drugs, and are subject to random screenings.

In other words, they are FUCKED.
not just that but if they are just back home unless the cops cleared out all the alcohol beforehand his stream room is loaded with alcohol and whatever other empty bottles we do not see. that room alone is going to be absolute torment for someone like rackets to be in without snapping. if the kids are gone and its just them alone the cops should keep an eye on that house because i would not be surprised if one of them snaps almost instantly.

First lawyer-turned-internet-daddy who had massive streams during Rittenhouse and Depp. A lot of people liked him, including the Sektur favorites. He was a good man, then gave up on all of that to do drugs and swing. Sad!

P.S. Jim thought he would breakout into the mainstream. I still hope he does :)
Given who's covering this drama, I'd argue he has. Just not in the way Jim thought.

Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) is not the same as Diazepam (Valium).

Totally different benzodiazepines.

They are both used for alcohol tapers but Librium is much more common.

Yes he could get it from his doctor in theory but most doctors won't prescribe it because it's a major malpractice risk (ie if Nick drinks while on Librium he can die ).

Nick would be wise to go on a Librium taper and stop drinking. Probably would need to go inpatient to get the Librium.

But Nick knows better than everyone. He's fine.

Ketamine is one of the only FDA approved drugs that acts as a rapid antidepressant (by releasing BDNF in the brain) and treats treatment-refractory depression.

That's why if you search there is (1) tons of research in Google scholar and (2) a massive proliferation of Ketamine depression clinics that will literally prescribe it to you.

In this year 2024 of our lord sonichu, tons of normal working people are prescribed ketamine for severe depression.
Yes, of course, it's Librium, I got it confused with Diazapam. They never use brand names in hospital.

is there any reason to believe that he was actually taking his children to any homeschool shit/church/social events? I bet if his children were enrolled in a REAL school, public or private, this shit would've been reported a lot earlier. their house is filthy and theres gun casings on the floor. they probably just slept all day and got up at night to do drugs. theres no protocol for home school kids to have CPS called on them, regardless of whatever shit they were doing with other families.

I've been chatting with some of the people I stayed connected to after BubbaFest and those who knew about Nick from before the trial coverages.

I keep coming back to Nick's mid-life crisis. When it began, I remember that what stood out the most to me was his cope about how he had lived by rules his entire life and now had the freedom to live life on his own terms, which I always found odd coming from someone who had religious values. He should have seen why society is organized around those rules.

Nick needed those rules so that he wouldn't stray, but in following the rules never understood what they were for.

Reminds me of the other son in the parable of the Loving Father.

Yeah, I don't know what to make of this. On the one hand, I can easily see the Rekietas having a pretty filthy home, especially given the drug abuse and departure of the maid/nanny/whatever.

On the other hand, cops are hardly reliable when it comes to shit like this, and could easily be exaggerating.
We've all seen that kitchen.

I thought they found that in pill form? Think he's crushing them, putting them in solution and injecting?
That's insanely dumb even by IV drug user standards (huge risk of abscesses and even going septic from necrosis and needing an amputation), and before yesterday, I'd have said absolutely not, but now? There's really no bottom at this point.

Nick, we all know you're back reading this thread. It's been a long day hasn't it? Pour one out buddy, take some "sleeping" pills and get some rest, you've got a big show ahead of you.
Andrew(Legal Mindset) said last night that Nick read this thread and let it affect him a lot more than people realize.
