It's funny, his AR15 is a smith and Wesson. Its the absolute cheapest AR any big name gun store would carry. He cheaped out on it.
I thought it was a Ruger. I remembered because my buddy has a Ruger AR. It's not the most expensive rifle but still completely serviceable.

The in custody page just updated and the Rekietas are not on it. April was off the 11 am update.

I wonder if this might give Rackets grounds for attack depending on the circumstances since the clergy privilege is broader than just Catholic and Orthodox Priests.
Not really, unless it was as a confession meant in confidence. If it was just Nick publicly committing crimes or his children complaining about his crimes, it isn't covered.

Even the priest-penitent privilege as codified often protects the priest from imprisonment for contempt for refusal to disclose, not the penitent from voluntary disclosure. To the extent it exists any more at all, the priest-penitent privilege is all but eviscerated in actual practice. It would not in any event protect Nick from showing up plastered out of his gourd with abused kids at a school or church.

Also remember how Nick was screaming and yelling about us accusing him of beating his kids when nobody had even said that?

His tard rage at that is now looking very suspicious.

If it's not H then what cased the marks on his arms?
People shoot up with meth, it’s probably the easiest drug to mainline. You pull out the plunger, drop the shards in, replace the plunger, expelling the air, suck up the water, then shake it until the meth dissolves. I knew a girl that would shoot speedballs (meth/heroin). She would just suck up the heroin thru a tiny cotton ball after loading the syringe of meth.

You know, all this considered, this could've been worse. The Corner Demon, Evil Ceiling Cat and of course Sonichu must have been screaming for Nick to pick up the AR and fight his way out. Our crackhead team of scientist think it would've looked something like this.

That's why they intercepted him outside the house. Honestly it sounds like it was really professionally done for a random small-town police force.

They knew the target's schedule (taking his kids to school or whatever around 9 AM) so they just grabbed him on his way back to the residence. That way he was separated from his long guns and unable to destroy evidence.

People ITT know so little about drugs its unreal.

It does not cost over $2K for a damn ounce. You can get an 8ball for around $200 ezpz if you know the right people; used to get teeners all the time for $120. As quantity goes up your cost goes down like weed. Too many people are thinking that the cop's estimations of "street value" are the same; they are not. Street value is broken up into the smallest salable quantities and sold per unit (i,e, $20-25 per quarter gram which is the usual smallest coke amounts available for sale).
Well, we ARE Kiwi Prudes on the Karen Farms.

it's not a disgrace, but it compromises his position and potentially his ability to help others in the future.
Going to have to disagree. I bet that pastor tried everything before he told the police. He didn’t snitch, he saved the innocent children of his congregation. The people who don’t understand this wasn’t snitching need to be sterilized.

Pastor probably heard Nick's drug-addled, pseudo-intellectual "Jesus is just some guy" rants one too many times.

Decided to fuck Nick's life up and save his children all in one fell swoop. A true hero.
Unironically, one of the best and worst things about Church is the whisper/gossip network.

You want a secret to not be a secret, tell a woman; you want half the town to know the secret, tell a church going woman.

Problem being, Nick has no secrets, he broadcasts his shit to the Internet.

like, now people in his congregation know that this guy will potentially rat you out to the cops if you tell him bad shit, so they will be more inclined to keep their guard up.
the next time someone in his church decides to go down the road of balldos and dope, they'll take extra care to keep it secret from that guy in particular.
Do you really think Nick went up to the pastor and said "I have a problem, and I am strung out on drugs every night"? No. Don't be fucking silly, it was one of the kids that talked to him or was asked about how life at home was. Evangelicals aren't as dumb as people are naive as people think. They can tell the difference between trust broken in confession and a respected member of the community acting on the responsibilites vested in him.
