So as everyone has said in any substantively important sense, he forced the cops to beat down the door with a battering ram. With his children inside. Conceivably at risk of getting hit by the door itself or other debris. Because he absolutely does not give a single shit about his five kids. In fact, it seems like he actively hates them.

He's a vile piece of shit in any rational analysis of his conduct. I hope he dies and burns in Hell.
Why did he throw the warrant on the ground? Did he think maybe the cops didn't have the battering ram with them and they'd have to go get it so he'd have time to flush all his drugs?

EDIT: I'm retarded it turns out he wasn't home when they entered.

Despite being a lawyer Nick consistently is wrong in all legal matters so I suspect he was just an angry crackhead.

I assume he refused to share the door code because he didn't get a copy of the search warrant until the cops drove him back to the house.
He was the person involved in everything that led up to the warrant. He knew damn well there was probable cause and that the cops were going to batter down the door. He knew it was inevitable they'd find the drugs and guns lying around everywhere because of what an absolute retard he was. He knew there were even probably exigent circumstances.

He cared less about his kids than his own ego, and this makes him a piece of absolute shit.
Why did he throw the warrant on the ground?
Because he's an angry impotent faggot and that's the only way he could express his defiance without an immediate ass-kicking.

Real legal questions: Should or could the judge recuse themselves considering the defendant prior to the crime called the judge a "retard" and went on a long rant about her pussy juice?

Similarly, could our boy Nick move for a venue change considering he has made every judge, lawyer, pastor, community leader, protestant in his surrounding community (and in the jury pool) disgusted with his sick, satanic lifestyle?
There are two other judges who could preside over the case, a venue change is unlikely. Furthermore, we don't know anything about the Honorable Judge Fischer. For all we know she doesn't give a single flying fuck about internet drama or what some retard says on his livestream about her and just wants to do her job so she can get home to her family and live a nice life.

You know what's sickening to me? Not a fucking word about his kids. Not an apology for what's happening or outrage that they saw their parents dragged away on false charges.

Nope, it's all about him and his grift.
Eat shit Nick, I hope they throw the book at you and make it a public trial so you can rot in prison.

What are you talking about you weird prude?!

The kids are at the grandparents for the foreseeable future.

That means Rekieta can finally dedicate all his time to degenerate sex and assume the final balldo form!

She ain't going no where remember Nick earns 0 from a job he doesn't have and she won't be able to suck any of the Rekieta fortune

Sure she can. Alimony is a thing, as is child support. Trust funds doesn’t shield you from all responsibility, though granted she needs a good lawyer.

He may not have known they had a warrant. He didn't see the battering ram because, again, he wasn't home when they entered. He got home after they entered, it seems like then was when he found out about the search warrant and was given a copy. The kids had to see the police make a forced entry, and they had to be relocated out of the house by CPS.
I just assumed that they got nick and then took him back to his house and then asked for the codes with him in front of the house. I have no idea where 51st street is, I don't have rekieta's location map etched into my brain lol :story:

Jenkem strikes again.
tbh the ket totally explains the AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed x12 any% speedrun he did
Nah that's just normal alco behavior, you stop writing to short term memory when you black out. If you spend enough time around heavy drinkers you'll start to notice them repeating themselves or failing to retain what you've already told them. It's really fucking annoying.

If you're buying ketamine on purpose, it's either going to come as a liquid, which you either boot or cook yourself, or most commonly as a powder, for snorting. Taking it as a pill would be a waste of money because it would feel a lot weaker.

Yes, I've only ever seen it sold as a powder when sold as ketamine, and mis-sold as MDMA when it came in tablet form. As you say, the tablets were shit.

Can you show examples of this within Minnesota ?
No, I just know that's how it works in quite a few states (the ones I've lived in or researched for some other reason) and extrapolated it out.

Source?
A source. I need a source.
Sorry, I mean I need a source that explicitly states your argument. This is just tangential to the discussion.
No, you can't make inferences and observations from the sources you've gathered. Any additional comments from you MUST be a subset of the information from the sources you've gathered.
You can't make normative statements from empirical evidence.
Do you have a degree in that field?
A college degree? In that field?
Then your arguments are invalid.
No, it doesn't matter how close those data points are correlated. Correlation does not equal causation.
Correlation does not equal causation.
CORRELATION. DOES. NOT. EQUAL. CAUSATION.
You still haven't provided me a valid source yet.
Nope, still haven't.
I just looked through all 308 pages of your user history, figures I'm debating a glormpf supporter. A moron.

My understanding is
Rackets comes home to cops at his house... they were likely waiting to catch him returning home to reduce risk
They show him warrant and he refuses to open the door for them, and throws the warrant on the ground.
Cops knock and a child refuses them entry as well
They break in and find Kayla, April, kids (minus one) and a ton of drugs and a modest amount of guns.
Arrest April and Nick, probably don't book Kayla for a bit so she can arrange for family to pick the kids up.
Incorrect. Read the probable cause affidavit.

The cops asked Nick for the door code when they pulled him over, but probably before he got a copy of the warrant.

1. Cops arrive at house.
2. Rekieta gets pulled over nearby.
3. Cops ask minor to let them in. She refuses.
4. Cops ask Rekieta at the traffic stop for door code. He refuses.
5. Cops bust down the house door.
6. Cops drive traffic stop Rekieta to the house and show him the warrant.
7. Rekieta throws the warrant on the ground.

That is the story that I think is told by the probable cause affidavit and common sense.

Getting busted for a gun and 26 grams of scheduled substances is impressive degeneracy, but having kids in such terrible conditions takes the cake for me.

It was for mine, there was always a scale around. Someone would buy a bunch of weed for everyone, and they would split it after by weight by amount each person put in. Nothing breeds distrust in friends like trying to split drugs everyone put in money together to buy.
Not to mention a lot of people have one just to make sure their guy isn't ripping them off. You also might not be a dealer per se, but you might sell a small amount to a friend who just needs a small amount. Back when I did blow id sometimes get a ball and sell .5 or a g to my friend who didn't have his own connect.

I was going to ask about this.
Morally speaking, how much farther does Nick need to fall to be on Ralph's level? Or Hell, is Nick worse than Ralph?
imho, Nick is way worse.
Ralph has a limited mental and emotional capacity, and a lot of comes from his upbringing, and the substance abuse of course, and potentially getting beaten up. I mean, he is a bit retarded and an arrogant angry little bastard.
But every now and then you can see a genuine glimpse of humanity in him, e.g. when he had that stream with Jarbo and Jim and he was nearly crying cause Daddy Gym made it very clear that they're not friends and never have been. It hurt him, on a personal level. Like, he was sad more than angry.
Nick on the other hand is more like a virus. He moves around and reproduces and shifts his personality to appear more high-functioning than he really is, but he is soulless. The rare glimpse of raw emotions i saw in him was just sheer cruelty, his glee at the ability to stomp on other people.

The most charitable interpretation is that he doesn't want to admit any wrongdoing because even a generic "I'm sorry, I really fucked up" could be used against him in court and he isn't just denying reality to protect his own ego.
Knowing the guy it's probably both, but even if he were genuinely remorseful and determined to fix his life it would be a really bad idea to admit it before the 20th of August.

Valhalla Awaits is full on cope mode now. Seems everyone would get high on coke if they had the 'haters' Nick had. Let's just ignore why he had a chat full of haters. He was on streams where Nick was high and drunk out of his mind cheering him on.
Did any lolcow became a DRUG LORD because they got scrutinized by kf? :story:
