i am not a lawyer (that is just your delusion, child) but my understanding is that in the cop-loving prisonocracy that is USA it is almost impossible to sue cops successfully.

i believe "qualified immunity" means that even in cases where cops are proven to have done the wrong thing (hard enough to establish in this swatting case), if the cops can plausibly claim they BELIEVED it was the right thing, they're exempt from suit.

I will not sperg at you, dear reader about the history of the Roland Special, how it was the hottest shit back in 2017 and if you were an Instagram gun guy you HAD to have one. I have my doubts Fatprick even knows of the Roland Special or the mindset that lead to It's creation. But I will tell you why Fatrick's take on the concept (which again, he probably isn't aware of) is a bad one.

1. The "Heart" of the Roland is the KKM Barrel and compensator combination and is arguably what makes a Roland a Roland, the KKM Comp is a set screw design that has two upwards facing ports and two ports at the left and right. Piggie's atrocious chinkshit comp only has ports on the side (which is much less useful than having ports on the side as with a proper firing grip most of the movement in recoil is at an upwards angle, which is why modern "micro-compensator" designs almost exclusively focus on upward facing ports and do not incorporate side ports). Also I doubt he actually carries that hunk of shit because he would be unable to find an actually decent quality Holster that interfaces with that chinesium comp but I wouldn't put it past Fattie to be such a stupid fat bastard that he carries with a Nylon "Universal" Holster

2. The Light
Chinesium, I doubt fat has ever actually activated it. Also, Enjoy 100 Lumens Stalker child.

3. The lack of an optic
Rick is too fat, stupid and poor to recognize the utility of having an optic equipped pistol and is also too fat, stupid and poor to figure out how to send his slide (assuming he isn't too fat, stupid and poor to figure out how to disassemble his gun in the first place) out to a company like Jagerworks to get his slide milled for an MRDS footpring. However, even if the Pig somehow managed to get a Trijicon RCR or Aimpoint Acro P2 attached to his shitpistol, he would be too fat, stupid and poor to make good use of it.

All in all, Pat's Piggie Peashooter is much more of a Retard Special (Education) than it is a Roland Special.

Alan has exposure in all the other jurisdictions by admitting to anything. For a plea in WI to work with the purported Alan statements that pat was doing it for the lawsuit Alan's cop'n a plea would have to address all the other WI events which might include the fed bomb threats.

Pat is an ass but not a big enough one for the FBI to plea out whatever mass casualty threats happened in WI just to be able to have the Pat V MPD suit addressed.
