Aaron is a cow in the making in his own right. He is on record that he knew what was happening with the drugs and child neglect (the Spaghetti O’s story) and was okay with all of it or at least didn’t say shit until April walked out on him (feel free to correct me on the latter part but he was 100% complacent). He says that he argued with Nick about it but this was all after the fact. He’s just capitalizing on the situation for views now and trying to make himself look like a wholesome guy, the same thing Nick did during the beginning of his career. Mark my words Aaron needs to spill the tea and gtfo or he’s gonna become a cow
I agree, Aaron really only got scrutiny from Redbar people up until this point, he better make sure he's got his story straight, and that he's up and up after all of this.

I'll say from experience that the only times I've found a spent shell casing were near where the guns would be shot. I've never gone to a friend/family member's home and found a casing somewhere odd. Barn? Sure. Garage? Maybe if you look. Bedroom? No.
I think a better question is, could Rekieta realistically shoot a round in his home without his neighbors hearing it? I know it's Missouri, but I thought he lived in an upper class neighborhood?
I had one that fell into my hood pop out and roll away when I got home, I still can't find it.

TBF I've got a few spent casings laying around, if only for the fact that I like to look at them. Plus whole bags of brass in my bedroom.

Police stuff and Aaron's stream tell another tale, Nick has some weird obsession probably not very well known with guns, no normal addict makes a bunch of little drug cases out of bullets or shells, and then hide them everywhere like a very disturbed easter rabbit

"bullet" i assumed was referring to a coke bullet/snuff tool rather than a literal bullet full of cocaine. it's mostly for travel usage--very popular on job sites or if you go out clubbing and don't feel like doing lines off urinals.

never did i ever think that information would come in useful.

Holy shit, if that paper really says "Born in 2007..." on the flipside... Isn't their oldest about 16 years old? If they were born in 2007 (turned 16 last year and turning 17 later this year), then I think they're the one who raised concerns to the pastor (because the pastor sure as shit wasn't born in 2007).

The oldest son found out and told the pastor? Big, if true.

Do we know why the warrant was signed and issued? I would not be surprised that him being completely fucked up on stream being worth a call to DCF, but a signed warrant seems like something else was going on.

Edit: Late to the game and found out that tax dollars actually went towards attempting to save kids.

it also seems like the cops went heavy handed when Nick et al was actually cooperating in the legal sense
Yes it makes total sense to negotiate with a man to get his door code while his zooted wife and cokewhore mistress dispose of evidence when you have a warrant to kick his fucking door in and save his kids. Let's be clear, they were not serving a warrant to find drugs, the probable cause for the warrant was to save the fucking kids.

The cops did the right thing. Give him the opportunity to provide the door code, knock and announce, and if met with resistance, boot the door and save the innocent while securing the evidence and perpetrators.

Never once have I found a spent shell casing just laying around the house. I'm perplexed by the claims of others that this isn't uncommon. Do I just have OCD or some neat freak attitude that compels me to fastidiously clean up around myself?
Honestly, I think yes.
It's a thing that would make me think "why is that there?" not "yo wtf why is that there?"
it's just a not-a-big-deal thing

Only the Sig AR was in the bedroom. The rest were in the garage. No mention whether they were locked up or not.
In the "I'll take 500 Alex on Lying Liars and the Lies Lying Liars Tell" category, I'll note he claimed he'd lost his only gun in a ludicrous tale about a boating accident. I may be misremembering.

Anyone with an addict in their family...did they turn their life around after the first arrest? It took three for my addict relative to. This is just the beginning of the show, kids.

Some clean up without any arrests.
Some clean up irrespective of arrests.
Some clean up after the first or the third or the sixth one. And some spend the rest of their life periodically getting arrested. It all depends.

One thing is for sure though: Given Nicks reaction to this (“Just trust me guys, its distorted, listen to MY truth”), his habitual lying, his narcissism and ODD, there’s no fucking way it ends here.

Especially with the kids gone. He lost whatever little reason he had to PULL UP. Now he can finally REALLY party.

If anything, the “lesson” he will learn here, is that we’re all a bunch of dumb prudes, that society’s laws telling him how to moderate his behavior are “dumb and puritan”.

The kids? They were FINE! They didn’t complain! Nick is one of those drug USERS who can raise their kids just fine.

Yeah the house was a little messy. So? Five kids! It’s taken out of context!

Nick likes to drink. So? He’s a grown man! He still manages to stream! Stupid police prudes enforcing their dumb rules.

Nick is so smart, those rules shouldn’t apply to him!

I’ve known addicts to bang heroin while on suboxone (similar drug). It’s useless and a waste but they do it anyways. I wouldn’t be surprised if alcohol works the same
Naltrexone really doesn’t make you feel much in my experience, I’d compare it to almost the passive effect of an appetite suppressant.
I interpreted the prohibition to simply be a polite way of saying “stop drinking you fucking retard”

Any lawyers here? Would fessing up, pleading for mercy, and going to rehab help his case?

That seems like the responsible thing to do as a Dad. But would the justice system bend you over harder for doing that. Not sure what the play is on denying the possession.
I'm almost certain he will plead guilty in exchange for in lieu of conviction. So yes, he will most likely do so on the promises of completing an addiction program along with other probationary stipulations. He would be smart and I'm sure if he wisens up and gets proper council; he'll be advised to check into rehab as this will look good to the judge.

Denying possession is just to put yourself in the best position with the prosecutor to work out a favorable plea deal. They don't have to give you anything if you have already admitted guilt before the negotiations start.

4 DWIs, liver cancer and death is how my Dad resolved his battle. I often pray that he gains perspective in death that he refused to gain in life.

Rekieta is refusing to address the fuckery in the room. I say I have no sympathy, but I think deep down I do, simply for his children. I know that sentiment has been repeated over and over since this shit storm broke. I guess mine comes from being a product of something similar, less the mountains of coke and guns.

Living out sins of the father through trauma or shame sucks.

Last update for locals for a bit. After Rekieta re-appeared on locals with a message, he did not appear in chat. The chat dropped the subject shortly afterwards. Guessing because they went to sperg under his comments as shown by @HackerX . Still Life is somehow back around being a sperg and arguing with others in chat currently, but it's just retarded Still Life sperging as it was a year ago. I'm guessing Locals will chill off up until Nick's first stream post release.

I don't know if this has been mentioned as this thread is moving at lightspeed and I only read the highlights.

After reading cocaine charge is likely to be downgraded as the total weight mentioned is 26.67 grams WITH PACKAGING.

There is a vial, 3 small bags and a large bag. The small bags used for dimes of weed and grams or HBs of blow weigh 0.2-0.3 grams each, the vial depending on size is going to be at least 1 gram probably more, medium-large zip-lock bags are anywhere from 1.5-5+ grams depending on size and thickness.

In conclusion, the amount of actual cocaine is 100% less than the 25+ grams he was charged with.

I am no lawyer, and I am sure there is legal precedence, but I imagine it could easily be argued that packaging shouldn't count towards the weight of the drugs because that could be easily exploited.
