Do you mean the people upset that Nick got arrested are the biggest drug users? Because if you think the people upset that Nick himself is on drugs are drug users, then I think we'd be hard pressed to find a shittier take.
I think the biggest people bashing Nick are alcoholics and drugs users that are like Jeremy in the 'there goes them before I'. And most bashers on her are for sure addicts too.

Every kiwi is an illegal drug user it seems, from pot to ketamine to coke, all of it. Then they go 'omg this guy got caught', while they all do it all the time. What can really be said of that? I mean most kiwis won't have kids so not quite as bad, so that's not as bad?

I know this will get flags, people hate their mirrors.
What a retarded take.

What's up with cops with a valid warrant allowing a "juvenile female" to close the door in their face after initially opening it anyway?
Well, presumably, a part of search warrant was the master bedroom, where the Rekieta's would most likely be keeping their drugs.

As far as the legal searches go, you can only give police consent to search parts of property you personally use.

To quote,
Residents
Even occupants who have less than full rights over the premises can, through consent, give police the legal justification they need to search parts of a residence. For example, a roommate can give consent that allows the police to search her room, the living room, and the kitchen. But if she doesn't have access to or control over her roommate's separate bedroom, she can't provide proper authorization for the police to search it.

Also:
But even when a child has authority to agree to a home search, the police probably can't use consent to search everything. For instance, officers would likely be going too far by searching a locked trunk that the child doesn't have a key to. (People v. Cooney, 235 Cal. App. 3d Supp. 1 (1991).)

https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/who-can-let-the-police-search-your-home.html

So I assume that the young child would not have the grounds to give permission to the police to search her parents bedroom.

There is no way in 1000 hells their community/cult/church homeschool group didn't see the same signs every fucking person who watched his streams did. Given what we saw on stream who knows what was going on behind the scenes given Mrs. Rackets was powdered up as well.

The 16 year old has to know what was going on. Even if he didn't somehow see his insane parents, he was involved in this cluster fuck.

Ban drugs, weed, make it Singapore style, I know guys love weed, but you'll end up like this.

Just allow alcohol and that's bad as it gets. The entire 'recreational drug' thing will eat you up and destroy all you. Nick wasn't using weed and was into the worst shit, but being easy on drugs leads to what we are seeing. It's a nightmare.
The world was a better place when the sentence for 3 microns of weed (dude bro) was minimum 25 to life.

Apologies if this has been addressed, but I don't believe this is accurate.

Assuming description of events is chronological as written, they doorbashed before Rekieta was brought home.

When they were initially denied entry, the guys on scene likely radioed the cops holding Nick and asked for the code that he refused to give. So they bashed. Soon thereafter the cop transporting Nick pulled up, warrant demanded, discarded, etc.

What's up with cops with a valid warrant allowing a "juvenile female" to close the door in their face after initially opening it anyway?

And after seeing the Zillow, unless Nick made some changes, that front door had a huge window in the middle and was immediately flanked by two long vertical windows. smashyshatter.wav.

How long do we have to wait to see the actual warrant? Should we assume they deliberately waited for Nick to leave the house before knocking?
Theres a bunch of glass in the back of the house they could’ve broken as well. I think the point is that if the cops didn’t have a warrant they couldn’t have used any of the evidence. Not letting them in is just going to make you look worse and cause them to damage your property. The prosecutor will say the reason you didn’t want to let them in is because you were aware of the drugs in the house and is “consciousness of guilt” evidence.

I don't know, it's pretty simple. Story: YOU DID DRUGS (WITH KIDS AT HOME)

Also "stories" as if he were a hardened criminal. It's a single story.
It's not even just that he did drugs with kids at home (don't do that by the way), he did so many drugs with kids at home and it became so apparent that other people, his fucking pastor no less, felt like the children were in danger and something had to be done. Once your behavior gets to that point, you need to get a fucking grip and realize what is happening to you. It's not a case of the entire universe being against you. It isn't that everyone else is wrong and you're right. You have a fucking problem and you need to take a look at yourself.

LOL.

Well, the good news for him is that not doing those 14 Locals streams is now the absolute least thing people will give him shit over

It feels like, after Wednesday, everything else that Rekieta was mocked for seems positively "quaint" in comparison.

The major difference is most Kiwi's don't publicly stream themselves getting obviously fucked up on various drugs multiple times a month; lying incredulously when anyone even dares to question the noticeable decline in health, consistent content and coherent thoughts. Most Kiwi's don't lie and project so much that they get arrested and charged with serious crimes while they were actively quintupling down that nothing was wrong. Most Kiwi's also don't go on mean-spirited passive aggressive grossly over sexual rants that only seek to offended and deride every possible conceivable associate and group of people while in the throes of their chosen substances. Most Kiwi's also also don't do this to an audience that they built with a facade of a laid back but morally strong christian lawyer and well-to-do family man who provides legal insight on major trials.

Your comparison is poorly thought out and disingenuous.

My best guess of what happened is that the pastor saw Nick coked out his mind with his kids in tow.

When the mandatory reporter reports a Child Endangerment via DUI, the police are going to search the house for drugs.
This is very likely to me, too. IIRC Nick said one of the kids has church on Wednesday nights so that theory tracks with the mandated report being made on Thursday morning.

So, even though we all know Nick fucked around and found out, how the police executed the warrant may possibly have a significant impact on the state's prosecution of Nick. The minor child not allowing police in can very easily be hand-waved away as them (the kid) being responsible in the face of stranger danger. The police ramming their way into a property they haven't yet properly served with a warrant? Not so much.

Honestly, rushing entry when they know there are guns could have put the officers into unnecessary danger because Minnesota has a codified Castle Doctrine statuate. It's a different state jurisdiction (with a very different political will behind it), but Breonna Taylor's boyfriend famously settled a shootout with the police that he started when (if you believe the official narrative) the police botched the execution of a similar drug-related search warrant. 2 million bucks to a drug dealer, for a shootout he initiated, on grounds of self-defense, all because the because the cops hadn't yet established contact to serve the warrant before they tried to enter. It's the type of precedent that Nick can very easily translate to his own situation as a legal argument.
1) Taylor's boyfriend is a real dindu. Nick's a white bread ass nigga.
2) I find it very hard for this to be thrown out at the trial level. Especially when we take the fact Nick pissed off the judges for short term gratification. Now, I don't agree with that but that is the situation in reality.
3) See 2), appeals are for losers.

Yeah yeah, drugs are ok if you're an island. Who is an island though? I think the most outraged people on here are probably the biggest drug users. Just like Nick.
From my readings the people most outraged are people who grew up with piece of shit junkie parents or know some personally

Shut up you ESL SEAmonkey. Weed keeps the Niggercattle American docile and compliant, Fentanyl and Xylazine kill the noncontributors, the fake economy continues to run, there's no chance we're going back to a war on drugs unless the US wants to annex Mexico like it should have hundreds of years ago. Your spergery is tiring
