Did you know Godwinson was live on Kick to 7 viewers with that low T energy.

Anyways Godwinson spotted at a confirmation service at New London Evangelical Covenant Church

To be totally fair to Godwinson, he was ahead of the game in calling out Rackets. One of the first streams I saw really breaking down him and his wife's degenerate lifestyle was him.

That said, he's one to talk, considering as his own cocaine habit, and indiscretions with slatternly women like Elaine.

A literal man of God from Nick's congregation stepped in to try and stem any further harm to Nick's children from being involved in his drug fueled swinging lifestyle. The only connection to Montagraph is that the stress from his lawsuit possibly hastened the inevitable in this case.
Off by one bud.

You cannot convince me that this man did not orchestrate this whole take down. It's so obvious by the shit he is posting. He's so desperate to get his whore back.

I agree with you. I'm not disputing that.

That said, the drugs appear to have been the driving impetus behind the search warrant. If the entry was obtained improperly (aka any evidence is via "fruit of the poisonous tree") then the police have no drugs. If they have no drugs then they have no aggravating firearm charge. Hell, they may not even have a messy house to make negligence stick.
It does not matter. In that moment they had
A. A valid warrant for entry
B. A minor who is the only one communicating and is refusing entry
C. Non communicating adults somewhere in the house.

The child and absence of adults coming to the door is the exigent circumstance. They asked Nick for the code. He refused. He was not at the site to receive the warrant. The exigent circumstances involving minors give them more than enough leeway to force the door.

They don't have to count to 10. Or wait some imagined period. They don't have to wait for the uncooperative douchebag to arrive.

I mean yeah Nick can try and argue the point. But he's not going to win it. Where were the other 2 adults? What were they doing?

It was from the pastor of Nick's church. There is no longer any reason to speculate about it being Monty, Aaron, or the evil kiwifarms.

EDIT: I suppose you could make the claim that any of the aforementioned contacted the pastor in a bid to manipulate the pastor into making the report but that is quite the hare brained conspiracy theory and I think it's more likely he saw Nick in an extremely fucked up state and became concerned for the children.

First I've heard of it. Why would he? He's already humiliating Rekieta enough in court.

It was the local pastor.

He received information that compelled him to report. But pretty much anyone close to Nick could have relayed that to him, including his own intuition.
Thanks for the follow ups. I appreciate it.
@Ted's of Beverly Hills I was curious with the timing of everything. Results Monday then his stream then arrest. Seems like something someone would do if they really hated an individual. But I was curious if anyone thought that. I haven't followed him too close lately but I was wondering if there was any theories about who reported and I was doing my own theory crafting. But you are right he already embarrassed him in his own "arena" so it makes sense.

No. That would hurt, but that's not what would hurt him the most.

Accepting a plea deal, submitting to the authority of a lesser being -- as the other beings are not Nick Rekieta, Law Pope, master of all he surveys -- would be what hurts Nick-2024 more than anything. To the point that I genuinely believe he'd rather do 27 years in pound-me-in-the-ass prison than accept it.

His wife on the other hand will absolutely cop the plea especially if she can get away from him and his "legal advice" long enough to file it. And with her being mandated sober (and, possibly the household being mandated a dry household, i.e., even if Nick doesn't plea it down her plea requires he not have booze at the house) well, there goes the marriage.
So basically this is the beginning of the divorce arc? Lol. All you had to do was just read superchats and take about the law Rackets, whether it be your old more 2A adjacent stuff or big celebrity cases. Not that hard if you were a practicing lawyer and a halfway decent father/husband/person.

Ban drugs, weed, make it Singapore style, I know guys love weed, but you'll end up like this.

Just allow alcohol and that's bad as it gets. The entire 'recreational drug' thing will eat you up and destroy all you. Nick wasn't using weed and was into the worst shit, but being easy on drugs leads to what we are seeing. It's a nightmare.
I’ll be real dawg, look at Nick right now and tell me if he was smoking fat blunts instead of drinking whiskey he’d be in this situation.
He might even have eaten something now and again.

I'm going to make a very obvious call since it looks like Nick didn't learn a thing and it is in fact doubling down on the "Fuck da police, and FUCK the system" thing:
I'm putting all my chips on him avoiding all responsibility and trying to flee to Mexico to the "El Puerco: Tortas y Tortillas" :diddler:🤝:really:
Maybe even open "El Narigon: Whisky y Donas con polvo blanco" too :story:
The names are "The Pig: Tortas and tortillas" and "The big nose: Whisky and white powder donuts"

I was talking about Dax, but I wouldn't doubt that Styx is bad too.

I just think a lot of things would be less stupid if Daxipad dropped dead tomorrow, or was sent upriver. I think the seeds of Nick's downfall were planted in 2017, by Dax, when Nick was covering the Maddox case, but they didn't fully sprout until sometime in late 2022.
Yeah sorry I didn’t see you meant dax till after i posted and I was thinking of Styx cus he was in the tweet. I think God has an appropriately entertaining and righteous destiny for Dax in store, even if one does not believe in God, the fact is unaccountable libertines make mistakes eventually. I’m sure he will read this post and chuckle over his 4rth drink tonight that it confirms the kiwifarms are all prudes or whatever, you know, until we are enablers the next day. Rome sentenced all members of the bacchus cult to death for a reason.

I do standby my prediction about styx though, I have less bad feelings for him but there’s been some pretty weird allegations made in his thread just this last 12 months. Including at least two people claiming to be women he enticed to his house only to get dumped when he found his now wife, along with similar claims of alcoholism. He might be a dark horse candidate in the years to come.

Thread tax: I hope Nick makes this go to a trial because a jury is going to throw the book at him for what he’s done to these kids.

Oh I bet you he will go for the jury trial.

In Nick’s mind he’s a lovable, charming rogue whose quick, effortless wit and sharp logic will make the jury acquit him in a matter of minutes.

Fuck, I’ll make an extra prediction. He went for the secret stash that he has tucked away (or whatever baggies the cops missed because the house was such a mess.) and is doing kinda as we speak, cokesplaining and bragging about how much money he will make on streaming his own trial.

I think hedonist Nick is the real Nick. Maybe he's not so far gone that he's doomed to be tranq junkie, but I don't know. I think he's an arrogant selfish prick and he ain't going back.
I always found it odd that a (seemingly) devout Christian could also be a lolbertarian. I didn't give it too much thought because for a time he produced content I found interesting and entertaining.

It really should come as no surprise, though. Livestreaming is just like any other performance art - nearly all of the people who pursue it as a career are at the bare minimum narcissists, and are typically also carrying other kinds of mental baggage. Throw a sudden windfall of success at them, and few (if any) are going to be mentally equipped to handle it well.

"They don't know the whole story"

The story involves 25+ grams of mother fucking cocaine in the house where your 5 young children sleep. While their parents are too buse living a drug and sex fueled hedonistic lifestyle to properly care for them and see to their needs. Yeah Nick, Fuck You.

The southern boarder is pretty far away from Minnesota and Nick is a shit driver to boot. Any ideas of fleeing in his Mustang would quickly dashed when he inevitably crashes it a state over.
