"The kids were never in any danger" doesn't mean that they haven't been SEVERELY affected by the environment that sounds like a straight-up drug den.

I think at this point it’s pretty clear Nick is going to fuck up his own case by either representing himself, picking a Ty Beard lawyer to represent him that he’s friends with rather than is experienced at cases like this, and/or saying shit on stream that will fuck up his case. He’s bringing lots of negative attention to his case as well with his poor behavior and if the DA is ambitious only his wife may get a good deal and they’ll make an example of him. I feel like his case is probably one of the bigger ones in his county of 40k people

Decided to weigh out an equivalent volume of table salt to see what 26g of coke looks like, took some pics. Don't have any Amerimutt money for scale, sorry, you'll have to settle for the random crap I had lying around.
Definitely a LOT of nose candy. Enough that it's difficult to hold the amount in one (average dude-sized) hand, and it's a got a noticeable 'weight' to it.

Since the salt is in granules I weighed out slightly less (24g) to account for granules being less dense than powder; the same weight in granular form would be a bigger volume than powdered coke.

Why the fuck would he want to be jovial and optimistic and telling stories? His kids probably have life long trauma from this shit. This has been a rollar coaster of funny, sad, and infuriating. I wish Nick nothing but the worst.
It's puzzling to me. They could easily run with the "look at that dude saying trans people endanger kids being charged for neglecting his kids" angle. And it would not even be completely wrong.
