A few days later on Twitch, Rekieta disclosed that he had been invited to his church's young family group. However, Rekieta insisted that this was a waste of time because if you aren't a streamer, "you don't know what it's like to be ME".
Well, we fuckin' do now.

BREAKING NEWS: Nick Rakieta just SLAM DUNKED a African american baby directly into a pepperoni making machine, grinded it up, mixxed it with coke and SNORTED it. More at 9 when we contact Coach Dead Shill with an Oujia board to give his opinion about this from the depths of niggerhell.
You joke, but now I'm prepared for a post with this headline followed by an investigate report by some of our finest.

(2) A parent, legal guardian, or caretaker who knowingly permits the continuing physical or sexual abuse of a child is guilty of neglect of a child and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both.

Nope. If it was (a)(1) or (c) then it'd be more aligned with the "neglect." This is specifically physical or sexual abuse that they have reason to believe was occurring and that Kayla Rekieta continually knowingly permitted.

I'm so fucking mad now.
i rly dont believe that their kids were being abused tbh
most likely that charge covers shit like the kids finding balldos (or other related items nick bought from pure pleasure) around the house, or walking in on him when he was banging april, somehting like that

Ceiling cats are not mandatory reporters. It's an unfortunate omission in the law.
I ran this by an actual legal expert:

Your take checks out.

This a legit question to my burger friends: why is storing your Sig Sauer under the bed a bad thing?
It isn't necessarily a bad thing and depends on context. If you live alone or only with responsible adults, there would be nothing really wrong with even having a loaded handgun on the nightstand. It's a lot different when you have kids, but even then, a gun in the master bedroom would probably be okay so long as you actually secured that room.

We know Nick doesn't do that because we've seen him drunkenly screaming at his young daughter when she wandered into the streaming room. He doesn't even secure that when he's streaming. The police describe a cluttered hovel of a home that sounds more like a white trash trailer or 14 BC than the McMansion it looks like from the outside.

The prosecutor and the cops who were in his house don't agree.

This dude again decided to speak to the cops without counsel and his wife tried to continuer her drug habit in jail.

I hope they throw the book to the both of you, you vile disgusting pieces of shit who had drugs and guns around your kids and made them experience police doing a dynamic entry to your house. Fuck you and burn in hell.
I hope he gets trolled hard about his hypocrisy (I never talk to the police, bro) for the rest of his life.

He's such a malignant selfish asshole, he won't feel anything about his kids but he will about being such an obvious hypocrite. This is why he would always chimp out hard when his lawyer cred was questioned (Hey, I'm a non-practicing lawyer!).

It might be as simple as the prosecution's theory being:
1. Nick exposed the kids to drugs by storing them in the house
2. Kayla knew it was happening and allowed it

Because there aren't any charges regarding actual abuse of a child.

It has been very funny to see how many people and streamers in this particular internet sphere just blanked that long stretch of time where rackets was promising to show up on others' shows only to send out a tweet during or immediately before his timeslot announcing a no-show (if he bothered to tweet at all). They were clearly forming opinions of him during that time and seem to have stopped inviting him on but then this news hits and it's all "oh gee golly I thought he was still doing alright for himself, how did this happen?" or "no he's a gud boi this was a swatting it was his dastardly enemies"

Okay. There's something weird going on. They definitely cite different parts of the statute, but in the complaint the charge description is the same

Charge Description: On or about May 23, 2024, in the County of Kandiyohi, Minnesota, Defendant who is a parent, legal guardian, or caretaker endangers the children's person or health by knowingly causing or permitting the child to be present where any person is possessing a controlled substance in violation of Minn. Stat. 152.021, 152.022, 152.023, 152.024, or 152.0262.

It's not normal at all for someone to have close to an ounce of cocaine if they aren't dealing.
Nick's behavior is not at all normal.

I definitively think that April has some kind of cuckcake/homewrecker fetish. She is a Adriana Grade type. She gets off being the mistress of married men. I don't think that her fucking Aaron, when he was married; and then fucking another married man, Rekieta, was a coincidence. It explains why she would fuck such trash. Or maybe she is a star fucker.
Aaron said in one of the post-pillstreams that he doesn't know how the homewrecker rumor got started. He met April years after he was divorced and that he was a "naughty boy" while married to his first wife, but not with April.

She was definitely too fucked up or shook at least, i mean they knocked first and all that, she had plenty of time to run upstairs and at least get rid of the shit that was just laying around, nevermind the stuff in the safe. You can bet Nick has already bitched her out for it after giving her all that time not giving up to the code.
She’s probably seen Goodfellas and didn’t want to be Karen.

I think she probably thought Nick would somehow prevent the cops from coming in. She’s married to law pope after all there’s no way cops with a warrant would be able to just enter their house if Nick told them no.

I seriously think Kayla thought Nick would magically stop it all. I don’t think she understood that all of Nick bullshit magic evaporated with a warrant in hand.

Also, cops and judges know when they are dealing with a lawyer to get all their ducks in a row. They were smart to nab Nick outside and leaving Kayla the shot caller in the house. Nick would have gotten that 25 grams down the toilet in seconds.

The fact Nick didn’t have Kayla prepped for a knock at the door like that just shows his arrogance. Even low level druggies have a “plan” in place in the event there is a cop at the door. The amount of coke, and other drugs, should have meant all adults knew the drill if a cop showed up at the door. Nick was to strung out and arrogant for the most basic precautions.

Harm why are you so continually dishonest. For real answer us now

Child neglect :

609.378 NEGLECT OR ENDANGERMENT OF CHILD.If the deprivation results in substantial harm to the child's physical, mental, or emotional health, the person may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years or to payment of a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.

They were charged with neglect

Because there aren't any charges regarding actual abuse of a child.
Yet.
That's something I was alluding to but didn't flat out say... with an ongoing CPS investigation, I think there could be a possibility we see additional charges relating to the kids. Depends, I think, on if the kids are interviewed or volunteer information? Not sure how this kind of stuff works.

Okay. There's something weird going on. They definitely cite different parts of the statute, but in the complaint the charge description is the same
Yeah, my money is on the "physical" rather than "sexual" part, especially if Aaron's whole thing about Kayla being physically violent is true. I wonder if the physical abuse was being perpetrated by the children against one another if that would be covered by this instead. It's still extremely concerning and upsetting even in a best case scenario.
