He didn't seem to know who answered. He refused to give them the passcode.

The pigs went lol, saw the LAWPOPE number plate and violated the NAP of his door to execute the warrant.

Considering he was right there to see the search warrant and throw a giant baby fit, he was at least nearby, close enough to get home?
