Was there at least some entertainment or food trucks beforehand? I can’t comprehend spending hours waiting if there’s nothing going on.

Pretty much this. Compared to the hundreds of other speeches he's done, one incident of boo's is a drop in a bucket in an ocean of the mass support that he has, so he can easily shake it off like it's nothing.

I don't get why these people continue to be so petty to look for really tiny victories rather than look at the bigger picture as a whole.

Like most business men even in this globohomo Blackrock techbro advocate-socialism-but-really-it's-classical-fascism age, Trump hates the government having control over people's privately owned money. Like his privately owned money owned by him. The way they come after him, crypto is very attractive to keep liquidity safe from the jackboots. But not if Elizabeth Warren has her injun goblin claws all over it
