We've really threaded the needle of finding something even dumber than Nick just self-representing, showing up fucked up and getting chucked in the slammer instantly. Now we can watch his ego inflate as he has a bunch of Q-truther grit-o-verse speds circle the wagon for easy money feeding his delusions of him being at the center of a grand consitutional case at the forefront of American politics.

I cannot WAIT until Nick rips open the drywall compartment he has hid and starts hitting the nose candy again; now with those pesky prudish kids out of the way Rekieta can really go fuck wild, and we don't have to feel bad when the rustang hits the wall at lightspeed. These next few months are going to be crazy.

They're probably gonna do all sorts of mental gymnastics involving the fact that Nick has never won a case in that county (or at all)
As fun as it is to dunk on Cokeita for never going to trial, and taking him at his word (which is almost worthless) that he did criminal defense for small-time crimes, winning for your client doesn't always mean winning at court. If he gets charges dismissed and his client goes free, that's still a win.

Wow, even Randazza has snaked on him.

I would expect that soon we will see a notice of withdrawal or Nick firing him in the Monty case.
If what Randazza said about his friend is true (can't see why it wouldn't be) than he'll know well enough that if an addict is refusing to get help your only option is to get the fuck away from them. You do it as a friend and you better believe you do it in business. At this point the guy is losing a defamation case to Monty because Rackets is fucked up and actively damages his case. I don't know much about law but that has to be a black mark on Randazza's reputation if he keeps enabling.

He only admitted to nick being an alcoholic, he never said he did drugs.
being an alcoholic isn’t illegal.
I wouldn't expect of him to mention drugs, he is his lawyer after all. Sneaky lawyer just said something personal about himself and advised others to do better than he did. Bulletproof tweet. He knows what he's doing. Nick will seethe.

I don't think Sig sells a stock AR chambered in .22, so those are probably rounds for a gun that wasn't present. Otherwise he would have had to manually convert it to .22LR which apparently isn't hard but what's the point?
Some ranges won't let you shoot .223/5.56, but will let you shoot .22LR. I keep both on hand. Converting it is simply a matter of pulling out the BCG and putting another one in. (It's some weird contraption and might not technically be a BCG, but it goes in like one.)

How do we know the kid that wouldn't let the cops in wasn't doing it under her direction while trying to clean stuff up?

Maybe she ditched some of it.
I, too, was under the assumption she had been ditching the drugs while the cops were trying to get in the door. The thing about drug dens is its filled with drugs and drug addicts. This shit has been going on so long, the two of them don't even know where half their illicit substances are placed casually or hidden.

When she asked for her meds and there were drugs in her pill bottle kind of proves the point.

Fair, but I was thinking of jury or bench acquittals. He's never had one. Everything that has gone to verdict he has lost.

Imagine being such a complete fuckup that you are in a lawsuit where you were caught with cocaine, child endangerment and abuse, but then you have to worry about your lawyer from your OTHER lawsuit, where you carelessly called somebody a pedo many times, having the incorrect take on you and you may have to fire your lawyer from that lawsuit for shit talking you in your other lawsuit.

Nick Rekieta should really just end it. How do you fail even more in life.
